I don't feel it's the lead single. It's more a last-minute addition to NFR or a standalone single because there's  a very-plausible end of summer release for NFR. She had to put out something in-between, something summery. And none of the songs heard so far were summer bangers (Cinnamon is fantastic, but it's more fall to me...). 

Anyways, I am very excited and hope there's an interview so she can finally give info on NFR (though I am expecting that much for the next single).

I know this era has been a mess but it just doesn't makes any sense this new track being the lead single. Yeah, in January they said that the first single was coming soon and this one is going to the radio... and then? I think it's just a promotional single 

why do i still feel bitter though dhdhdhsj.... i still want some info on the actual album. a cover is cute and all but she did say two singles and her poetry book probably before the album and who knows if this is one of the two singles she was talking about or just something interscope had her do real quick, esp judging that production it doesn’t sound like antonoff. if this sets back everything even longer, well.... by that time she won’t even want to release it anymore.

idk im just uneasy... some people think it might not even be on the album (im sure it is tho) but i dont expect this as a lead... it feels very random esp being a cover. im just worried shes doing this for us to have our "summer song" and make us wait 5 months again. either way im excited... im just looking too much into the future

well it better be another buzz single cos imma be mad if the lead is a cover but I'm also gonna be mad if she's dropping non-NFR music

it really sounds so produced and edited. sounds like theres pitch correction on vocals. uhhhhh this doesnt sound like anything else we've heard from nfr. do we know jack produced it? lol watch her release another album and not nfr.

yeah, it's a cover but we get a little bit of born to die lana in there and it feels fresh to me because i dont know the original. So definitely excited. And, I could see this being popular on radio, even though its a cover
