Ten Love Songs is incredible... been jamming to it for years. Kamikaze & Slowly are divine.  

I mean don’t get me wrong I get what you’re saying and it is true that it’s kind of all over the place but the songs are so iconic and have such a distinctive sound each one of them 

Ita like every song has its own personality which is different from the others and tells a unique story but at the same time it all goes back to a central theme

Btw I discovered Marina thanks to that weak-ass horror film called Moth Diaries. 

Numb plays at the very end, I was obsessed with this song. It turns out I had discovered Marina before I started loving Lana's music

I don't know if she does this to sound mysterious or because she just wants to. I just wish she could be more organized with her releases and stopped announcing dates that she has no intentions to keep

i dont think she was referring to #metoo "ending" rape, but the movement ending harvey weinstein's story (i mean, the dude's in jail). do u think she would honestly believe a systemic and worldwide issue could be ended by a social movement predominantly taking place in the west? i understand you dont like the song, but cmon, marina is a 34-year old who is obviously a lot smarter than that 

Completely unrelated but I have been listening to the @HEARTCORE track listing for Love + Fear and I actually like it! I like (most of) the songs from the original album, but the original order feels weird to me. But their version is better.

My guess is that, based on the lyrics and titles, Pink Convertible ended up being Ancient Dreams In a Modern Land while Happy Loner ended up being I Love You But I Love Me More. If either of these don't end up on the album in some form I'll be so fkn sad. Happy Loner especially! It sounds so beautiful.

I get what you're saying. To me it sounds like you think she's just being messy and that can definitely be problematic to social justice movements. My problem was just that you said there's no right way to do it, at all, when there absolutely is. Sometimes that attitude makes me think that someone is trying to discredit all sjw work just because some people are messy about it.
I critique people's sjw actions all the time because I am one, but I just can't be bothered about it with Marina because so far I think she's helping more than hindering the movements. 

PTP is everything I wanted from her. I really like it. The lyrics are a little bit too on the nose for me but it's quirky and crazy like TFJ meets FROOT. I rather have crazy sjw Marina than the boring and bland L+F Marina.

Alright she sang We’re so fucking blind, praying we’ll be fine in Pink Convertible, so it could've been renamed to New America, I Love You But I Love Me More or Goodbye, which are marked as explicit. Fingers crossed, maybe she'll confirm she's renamed those two songs

They basically changed Last Dance to Someone Else's Baby and then to Baby. Also Free Sex was changed to Sex Yeah, When You Take Away Control to Forget and Pamplemousse to Froot
