  1. You're saying her dark hair makes her look 41 or even older. Really? Look at 41 years old women around you please. I think it makes her look 27.

  3. I like it! Actually, I like that she's a weathercock I don't understand why she wouldn't have enjoyed going blonde gradually for about 6 months. Why people think the ultimate goal was to go platinum blond or some light blond shade? I have a friend who's a model. She's a natural dark brunette with big blue eyes. She went blonde many years ago. Then, she dyed her hair brown and she switched to blond after a few months. She told me she didn't really like people's attitude towards her as a brunette. She said people were so serious with her. She thought her blond hair made her more accessible. She's very beautiful, very smart and has a calm low voice tone. She wanted to balance things with a hair color that is interpreted as someone more light hearted and approachable. Considering so many people think Lana is a dumb blonde (smiling all the time, bad boys lyrics, girly voice), I understand why she wants to have darker hair, because yeah, people are stupid. And maybe it's just a personal preference of hers when she look at herself in the mirror.
  4. The hacking made her freak out, she called her psychic to know if it was the end of the world again and the medium responded that everything will be alright. Voila.
  5. I'm a respectful person interested to read your story please
  6. Where can I find those pics in HQ? Orange is such a great color... she's beautiful! I'm excited
  7. I love it, but what about a change of hair texture or a shorter haircut? I'm a bit tired of flat-ironed hairstyles, I like it wild and imperfect. I mean, women have fried their hair with flat ironing since almost 20 years, they want a sleek look or defined curls + volume and no frizz or puffiness. I'm not saying the 80s hairstyles should get back in force, but something in between what's trendy now and what was trendy back then would be interesting.
  8. If I cross path with someone I know, I go say "hello, how are you, it's been a while, you look great, it was nice to see you, lets give each other a call one day" and I say hello to the person who's with that friend and I introduce myself. It takes 15-30 seconds, because I don't want to make the companion feel left out. I'm not saying that's what you should have done, but it's hard to know if you were bothering them by interrupting them, because they have manners, they won't tell you straight up to fuck off. The staff indicated you three time that it was not really appropriate. They don't want fans to take pictures of celebrities on their property so they can keep some kind of privacy and decency and other regular clients don't want their favorite spot to become a circus, even though you were polite and discrete, the staff don't have time to analyze you to know if you can behave or not and if she will be receptive or not. Despite this, she hugged you twice, you lucky man! She didn't want to take a picture with a fan probably to respect the hotel policy. And she talked to you again in the hallway, short and sweet, again probably to respect the hotel rules. She doesn't want to get barred! I don't know what tone she had when she said "are you leaving?". Who knows maybe it meant she was fine with chit chat outside, in the parking lot or something. That's how I would have interpreted it, but since I haven't heard the tone, I can't tell. What would you wanted her to say? Thank you? Awwww? Me too? lol! She doesn't think she's that great and she has difficulty receiving compliments sometimes, from what I saw. It must be bizarre to have someone approaching you, knowing so many things about you, loving you so much, but you have no idea who that person his and you cannot really reciprocate. Uncomfortable situation. There's nothing to say, really... What about her nose and toe hairs?

Freedom of speech is so, so important nowadays. You can say whatever shit you like without any consideration for important human traditions, like respect for the dead. Cavemen had more class. The point is: you don't have to force yourself to be sad about his death. The point is to have basic respect for legend artists like him, who made it possible for weirdos (like many of us here) not to have to live secluded in a shack in the middle of the woods for the rest of our lives. And they inspired modern artists that you like to be true to themselves.
  11. Where's the rope so I can hang myself?
  12. I think you have a narrow vision of what cult people look like. They don't necessarily dress in long white robes or whatever image you have in mind. FJM impersonates Charles Manson. The crazy moves he does with his arms at 0:16 is very Charles Manson. His hair, beard, clothes as well. The desert is where him and his group lived, somewhere in California. They would use LSD. He played the guitar. He was polygamous. She used the story of Charles Manson cult and Jim Jones cult. In the latest one, 900 members killed themselves (and their children) drinking cyanide mixed in Flavor Aid (similar to Kool Aid). I saw a documentary about it on TV a few weeks before the Freak mv came out. Of course Lana doesn't look like the typical cult member, but there's no point. She is what she is. The goal is not to make a total replica of what happened. I share WhiteHydrangea's interpretation. It doesn't mean yours is bad. If that suits you better, why not. I don't agree that she has to "officially recognize" that it was meant for the UV video. She doesn't have to justify anything. That's my opinion.
  13. Maybe people should just stop visiting those kind of websites. Don't bring traffic to their website, don't buy those trashy magazines. No demand, no supply. /utopia

I really like the last part starting at 4:38. Her voice is captivating, she's a great storyteller. Mais, tu peux pas t'en aller comme ça..! Ici tu es chez toi! Ici tu es le roi!
  16. Did she use the tissues she tucked in her cleavage to wipe her tears when Abel lost?
  17. The dress is amazing... broderie on organza, it's so pretty. Who's the designer?
  18. It was my favorite track when I first listened to Ultraviolence. I haven't seen Mulholland Drive (it's on my list though), but I like you picturing the mood of the song as "jazz club in hell". What comes to my mind is the movie Raise the Red Lantern by Yimou Zhang. The lyrics, the mood, the aesthetic, the asian instrument in the song's intro... It wouldn't fit in the soundtrack as the movie is very traditional Chinese, but the misery of both women (the one in the song and the one in the movie) is very similar.
