So nice that after all these years I find that you have a thread here. I remember following you since the old ass "other covers" days on deviantart. You always have such inspiring work and styles. And even though I'm a bit late to the party, I'd like to tell you that your AKA vinyl design project is absolutely amazing and I still love it so much. It actually makes me go back to that record from time to time. I'd die to have it as a real print.
 
How big are the original files? The pixel size? Do you think it could be printed?

Haha true. Coachella got the same kind of hate. And I actually turned out to got to it a lot when listening to Lana songs.

Broke With Expensive Taste is still that album though. And not even Nicki and Cardi could reach that kind of artistry.

I'm pretty confident that she might not fuck up with any rants online. Anna Wintour has gotten her some amazing exposure so we might get music anytime soon.

Even though most of the time there's some really insensitive stuff said, and always thoughts that I disagree, it's important to have people like her. It's still not accepted that a young black woman speaks out about what bothers her and a lot of times she comes from a right place. She's not playing the industry game and I love that.

A long stalled project because i'm bad at finalising things and compiling them. I think this album is so amazing and infinitely inspiring, what I really wanted to show was Lana Del Ray. The transition between Lizzy Grant to Lana Del Rey. I feel like the defining look of that is Lana in the short film Poolside. She looks insanely good there. All the images of Lana used in this packaging are screencaps from the short film which I have retouched and further edited to make look like official photographs and to improve the quality greatly for print. I used the official cover art as a main inspiration because I think even though it's very low-tech it still has a great atmosphere in it, so I wanted to create something similar. The atmosphere in this album to me is very noir-ish, so I chose to use all grayscale images in the booklet, an effect with sunken highlights which makes the images feel quite sultry.

Gatefold LP 12” Vinyl. 
The blue vinyl is the only striking colour here. It's a nod to Lana's homemade videos and her love for party store toy aquariums. It's the opposite to the yellow I featured prominently through the album design.

My personal favourite and one of the saddest imo is "Damn You". I cried the first I listened to it.

I'm dying to see a video of that quote, I honestly can't imagine 

So good to hear that! It would be amazing if it really means so much to her on a personal level because it means a lot to me.

I'm pretty sure she doesn't, but the thread title basically sums up a thought that comes to me from time to time.
I really love Honeymoon and even though it's always more fascinating if an album doesn't get a lot of visuals and promotion to keep it super special and up to everyone's own fantasy, I've always found it heartbreaking to not hear most of the songs performed live.

Is there any confirmed information or hints from Lana herself why Honeymoon has been treated the way it does? When people asked her to sing some songs from Honeymoon at the show she just replied with "Oh, that one..." and ignored it.
 
Even the tiniest bits that we got, with her performing "High By The Beach", "Music To Watch Boys To", "Terrence Loves You" and "Freak" at some part during the different festival and tour sets, disappeared quickly.
