Fantano is ripping this album apart and it’s actually so embarrassing and making him really not respect him. I actually enjoy watching his reviews even when I disagree but wow the clip I saw of him reacting to it was just bad. He was just regurgitating the same tired Twitter takes that weren’t even about the music lol. Calling her creatively tired and a “perpetual victim” (which we could have an entire conversation on that critique and how irritating it is but whatever). The reviews on this album are so biased and I can’t wait in two years when people realize this is top 3 if not her best record lol. 

this has me wondering if nikki lane is talking shit about both lana and taylor behind lana’s back. maybe she’s jealous that lana is hanging out with more big stars like taylor, camilla, and billie instead of her irrelvant self.
i think she’s also upset that both versions of snow on the beach have more streams than her entire discography combined. just food for thought

Stevie Nicks is an absolute legend but I hope she never does another collab with Lana. Lana has such a unique voice and style but it just does not jive with Stevie's at all.

i think chemtrails is better than norman. norman used to be my favourite record and all, but recently i’ve been finding it underwhelming and repetitive with the same melodies going through almost every track (and these melodies aren’t really phenomenal to be honest). and on chemtrails i think there is something about each track that makes it its own and i don’t think it fades into one as some people say. plus i think it’s more experimental than norman, songs like dark but just a game or tulsa jesus freak are very unique and i don’t think there are any similar ones in lana’s discography
