this album literally goes from nearly finished to non existing like every 2 weeks 

the album is not done, she said herself that she was still writing it just a few months ago. she is retconning. there is no way she finished writing, recording, mixing, and mastering everything over the summer, especially considering she had festival obligations.
 
we been gave up on 2022. i do think she is actually working towards finishing it but i think it will be ready by spring at the earliest and knowing sky's perfectionist ass we likely won't get it until next summer or fall, if we ever get it at all. i wouldn't even mind a 2023 masochism release because it would be 10 years since night time my time and at this point, what difference does a few months make?
 
it would be smart to release descending in december, just to let people know she does actually have a plan this time. it would be in line with her announcing don't forget on the last day of march which was so comically sky.

I know we all like to take the piss and hound her for music she’s promised and delayed continuously but it’s so discouraging to see how defeated/reserved she is nowadays. She’s admitted to playing her own part in her career’s decline but so much of her potential was also crushed by the machine, I can’t imagine what album we’d be on by now if she was in a more respectful deal that inspired in her even a little bit of confidence on the material she makes. I guess she just says the same things in interviews hoping to gain back the little agency she’s been denied? Idk I hope people in here are at least a little more empathetic before downplaying her involvement in her own music or making fun of an addiction she’s already denied, she seems to need all the good will she can get at this stage. It’ll take a miracle to get this album out
