tbh the most shocking thing today is that lana is in a groupchat w those ppl 

this. like imagine dealing with mental health issues your entire life, and then having your fans "concerned" about your mental health the second you decide to stand up for yourself.

The show lost a lot of it's appeal after Jessica Lange left the show for me. Jessica Lange perfectly balanced bringing a more serious tone to the show, while it still being camp. After Freakshow, the show feels like it's being campy just for the sake of being campy, with no real artistic identity behind it. 

Really not trying to be insensitive or to talk the BLM-matter itseld down in any way, but outside of your twitter-and-instagram-fandom-and-haters-bubble, at this point noone cares whether some random pop singer talks about the issue or not. Y'all acting as if Lana not saying anything is a major catastrophe.

This is exactly what I thought. Like it sounds thrown together and generic. Going from Artpop to this... I pretend Joanne or whatever didn’t happen, it’s weird she was trying this strange country sound and I didnt like it.
 
I’m sad to say but I guess I’ve finally grown away from Gaga and I can’t go back. I wish I could listen to her and enjoy her still, but the quality isn’t there anymore like it used to be. When Joanne came out, I only like 2 tracks and those were Dancin In Circles and Perfect Illusion and with this... None of it stands out to me. There’s nothing like Telephone or Judas or Government Hooker or anything. And I understand that artists change their sounds and this is completely fine! But at this point, I hear she’s going back to pop and I... i’m disappointed. It’s not that it’s a trash album and it’s not good at all, I just don’t like it and can’t listen to it like I did TF/TFM, BTW, and AP.
 
I say this bc i miss when Gaga was weird and still making unique music. I guess I can say the same about other artists too like Kesha and Katy Perry... but I still had a connection to Gaga and I had specific expectations and they fell through. I’m sad about this record.

I really do like her music quite a lot. I've been following her since Sweet Ophelia dropped in 2014. And East Of Eden has one of the best bridges in recent memory. 
 
I really dig My Game and People Are Strangers, and like the more "organic" sound she's been doing--I just wish we were getting a 10/11 track album and You Sexy Thing was on it...

If she does end up posting anything on the matter it will come across as absolutely fake and damage control because that’s exactly what it would be. Y’all know damn well that even if the recent controversy hadn’t happened she wouldn’t have spoken out, just like she has never spoken out on behalf of the black community before.
