It's possible to be aware of all of it and not think that any of it is okay. 
If you think these people don't try to one-up each other, you're kidding yourself. 
I'm not saying that they all have malicious intent but really, all of it is over-the-top and obsessive. There are just differing degrees ranging from cringe to dangerous. 
Is it fine to go somewhere she is going (if she publicly declares the time/location) and say hi? Sure. But I think anyone who is aspiring to do that every single time needs to sort themselves out because it is obsessive and weird. "Teehee, I'm a Lana stan" does not excuse it. 
I mean if we found out that a particular papparazzo behaved this way - went everywhere she went and tried to engage her every time - we'd collectively hate them, but we're just meant to excuse "fans" who do it. Nah fuck that
I think doing this at an event about another artist, to the point where they disrupted others there (including said artist), is a new low.  
With that said I'm sure they dgaf what I, or anyone else, thinks. This is all just my humble opinion.

Idk what they get out of it tbh? I love Lana but even if I lived in LA, I wouldn't need to go every place she says she's going ... I would feel weird (and I'd think she would think it was weird, too). 
Even though she's out in public it feels icky when she takes a pic of herself at a market or whatever and 30 mins later those people are there

Saaaame, I'm so pleased she finally got some real backup singers for this tour, I've been wanting them for years! And they did an awesome job too! I hope she'll consider keeping real backup singers for future tours, they bring so much to live experiences.

I don’t think anyone was disrespectful but to see the same people showing up just to see Lana… I don’t know.  Lana was happy to see them though, so that’s sweet. 

I will literally cry if she doesn't do a proper European leg, the less than a week advance this summer was not enough
(plus I'm still bitter that the Amsterdam presale on Ticketmaster didn't accept VISA or Paypal like a normal sale would)

I woke up this morning so confused because of the dress thinking it was more photos/vids of her from the other night, but then I saw her with Jack and singing VB I am so JEALOUS you guys won

ive seen a show at that venue and imo the views in those sections are all really good, it felt a lot smaller than i expected (i was right behind the pit on the left side)
 
maybe west coast/midwest? and seems like maybe early next year europe. still praying for an ATL date!

I agree with majority, I landed myself such a good spot and was lining up outside from like 10am but people were so pushy and rude I gave up at around 2:30pm inside and ended up walking around bts till 8:20 and went back in gold circle then. Couldn’t see shit but the screens made Lana look amazing and it was fun to be around everyone. 
 
I will say though BTS need to exaggerate that there is absolutely no shade anywhere, I ended up sitting in the medical tent for an hour among loads of other people from heat stroke and when I was watching Tommy someone literally passed out in front of me so..
