in my opinion, blue banisters is much more ambitious than chemtrails and it does a much better job at serving sounds she has never done (BBS and dealer especially). and i don't think having 4 different album covers, all shot professionally is a sign of lacking willpower. yes she was a lot more determined with BTD or LFL, but because she wanted them to be big, blue banisters is not meant for being #1 on the billboard hot 200 chart, it's her diary, her own story through music. she was never a pop star

As strange (but it's true, dahling) as it sounds, I'm kind of excited to see what one-off comment Lana makes about an upcoming song or album kickstarts us into official pre-release. Chemtrails it was LMLYLAW and White Hot Forever, Blue Banisters it was Rock Candy Sweet...what's next?

there’s no way it’s just for emile to deliver that fake blunt, he said it was a “session” which would likely imply a music session, it would be really stupid for him to play with our hearts & spirits like this, like when nicold nodland posted photos of chemtrails, just to follow up by saying she wasn’t working with lana…

Actually, the more that I think about it...Black Bathing Suit and Dealer are pretty much trolling the press, and he fell right into it. 

I want the next album to be completely unhinged.  Give me an album full of wild vocals the normies can't take! 

i feel like if any other alternative female artist experimented like lana did with this album, with polarizing vocal styles, tempo-changes, "scream" vocals, & confessional, thought-provoking lyrics, etc. they would receive praise & acclaim, but when lana does anything that's not in the perfect little nfr "she's changed & she's happier now!" box she gets draggd & laughed at, people really need to forget about the lana del rey "image" which she was perceived as in 2011 and see her as the person & artist she actually is

So anyway, anyone got any theories on what she meant when she said she's working on something that hopefully doesn't seem mad in a few years
