I think these are the words she sings in her latest tiktok:
'got a cop who turned down the back beat
puts the shower on while he calls me
slips out the back door to talk to me
like i'm invisible
you should've told me
did you really think I'd spare her (?) tears?
just to save your happiness
when i had no idea
you were engaged
after all of those years
did you think i's spare the tears to save my face?
you must not have known
who you're dealing with'

The fact that Rob's album has been so visual so far really goes to show that Lana still has it in her, but chooses to dial down on it. Maybe she doesn't want the "aesthetic" that she's become so known for to distract from what she actually has to say. She kinda confirmed that in her deleted tiktok by telling us to listen to the words.
A lot of people misunderstand her intentions with her art, her critics tend to not look beneath the surface and if you think about it that's kind of what lead to the backlash about glamorizing abuse and dating older men etc.
Kinda sad if that's the case since the visuals used to be such a big part of her worldbuilding

maybe it’s an unpopular opinion but I actually love most of Chuck’s work… for some reason she turns off her professionalism sometimes when working with her own family tho

The amount of times Lana has mentioned God, and God being the reason for her talent makes me feel like she definitely is religious. Maybe not in the traditional sense, but an active believer for sure.

So excited for Candy Necklace, it’s going to be a serve on a colossal level. I’m gonna be in bed crying to this one I think!
Also excited for Sweet based on the insiders saying it’s a Love song tea.
