I'm actually gonna cry tbh... she chose some of her top tier unreleased songs for this album. People complaining about it being mostly old content can get over themselves tbh she released an album 6 months ago and now some of her best unreleased stuff is getting a home on a studio album <3

I recall that just after UV's release, she said she was thinking of "rereleasing it with different songs," which I thought pretty peculiar--why do that and confuse everyone when you could just release another album with another title? So maybe 'Living Legend,' 'I Talk To Jesus,' 'Wait For Life,' 'Fine China,' 'Color Blue,' etc. were those songs she wanted to place on the UV rerelease.
 
Could it be that there will be a Part II to BB, and that's why we were told 'it doesn't end' and Ben did the () thing? 

when the droning n spacey sounds at the end of bb fade into arcadia 

Maybe those songs were considered for the original UV and now that she broke up with S*ean and Chase she's in the right mood to revisit this iconic era

what did jane do to make lana see her as a "living legend"? it's very sweet to say of a friend but it seems like jane must have been SO important and influential on lana at some point 

It's monsoon. The song is not about motherhood but about a friend of hers, Jane Powers. But yeah the first time I heard it I also thought she said that

Thinking about how Living Legend and Cherry Blossom are on the album… she really wants a kid
I can’t imagine how much pain she must’ve felt after her breakups with Sean and Clay. They probably told her they’d be the fathers of her children, and she got nothing… Unless she rewrote the song, how heartbreaking is it to have « I’m a mom soon » on the album knowing she’s gonna have to wait a bit more and meet the right person for her before actually becoming a mom…
