Did you guys catch how lana didn’t know how to react when Taylor won? She was so confused and did a lot of moves to hide her facial expression

This truly feels like a false reality tonight. At least Lana said that a lot of things are going to be happening fast which gives me hope for the future but I can’t help but feel utterly disappointed. She deserved at least one for the masterpiece she created.
 
I hope she continues focusing on her passions and that this isn’t a roadblock for her. I’m looking forward to all the amazing things she will accomplish this year.  

Tbh I’m not even upset because it isn’t like it is actually about the music. It is about the people, if Billie made A&W the academy would give her 15 awards for it. Like it isn’t that Lana is making bad art, it is just that the Grammys hate Lana.

I almost hope Lana has a real feature on Taylor’s album and it’s pushed as a main single because that seems like the only way she’s gonna be recognized 

Lana needs to re-connect with some ‘negative’ female archetypes like the Erinyes, the Gorgons, and the harpies, the Lana of ‘Live or Die’ and ‘Velvet Crowbar,’ and kick some music industry ass. We know she has it in her; she’s “run with the wolves.”

I think  the industry simply does not respect her for the reason I said above. She’s a lady, she belongs to another, earlier era of civility—and they “take her kindness for weakness.” and they’re envious of her for a dozen reasons. It’s a bit of a perfect storm. 

 
 

So the academy placed her at the front to watch her friends Jack and Taylor receive their awards and let her go home empty handed, good to know they hate her. I can go back to sleep now.

Lana has always been an outsider in her industry (even while also majorly inside it, which is part of what makes her career so interesting). She will prob remain an outsider which ultimately will mean having an incredibly fruitful, exciting career where she gets to challenge all kinds of norms and write perfect melodies and document her life as she experiences idk.

Well this concludes a sad day here on Lanaboards. A lot has changed among our fellow lipsters. Some lipsters have dropped slurs. Some lipsters have dropped N*zi propaganda. Overall many lipsters have revealed their true lack of taste among the rage that has consumed this thread. May better days come!

whether or not you think it was kind of taylor to pull lana up there, it’s very apparent that she did not want to go up there! its very evident she felt embarrassed and i don’t think that should have happened to her 

this is literally the most embarrassing/awkward outcome we could have got.
