I feel Ike this album is the renaissance of Lana Del Rey. I definitely don’t believe in new Lana and old Lana but I think after the events of 2020 she wasn’t feeling inspired and wasn’t creating like she use to. But now she really is feeling inspired again and really reinventing the Lana we all know (bringing in the sexy stuff and the glamorous vintage aesthetic). It feels really exciting 

a listening event is the last thing I’d want to do unless if it was at a bar or something  feel like it’d mostly be filled with TikTok stans idk

I'm super excited for this release. I've been super good with not listening to any of the leaks. I'm saving my first listen for the day of the release cause me and friends have a big release party planned for Friday. We are gonna get the vinyl from target and listen to it that way. We will have a good audio system we use for our live performances, so it should sound amazing. We are gonna also film our reactions for social media. There is about 6 of us coming to the release party lol.
 
Honestly this is first time I didnt listen to leaks for her albums. Also I cant help it and read everyone's spoilers. All of you are making me extra hyped for Friday.

i think the "imperfections" is just her style now yall. this is a raw and personal album.
shes being herself.
she is happy.
she doesn't feel the need to be doing this and that anymore.
she has her community now and all she wants to do is make us happy too.

omg  i'm not against spoiler tags at all. we discuss the album since day 1 of announcement, if it leaks one week or two months before release then spoiler tags must be used imo because there are many like me who still want to visit this thread for news, discussing the singles etc... why would I stop even seeing the thread just because it leaked?

not the shady comment and you didn't even tag me... i said several times it is lyrically a very strong song yet the melody and production are disappointing to me and it's the one song i found myself not wanting to finish when it's on and that's my opinion. i'm literally a fingertips stan and that song is like 9 verses without a chorus and just a simple orchestral backing. yet you somehow extrapolated my opinion of kintsugi to mean i have no knowledge of music or life... pretentious much? i am not even gonna comment on the "dumb takes expressed by children" bit. if you think you are superior to the people here then shut the door on your way out. 

No, they shouldn't. Nowadays you don't have to skip a cassette tape, just make a playlist on Spotify and don't add the interludes

I also think there’s a good chance leakers do have Candy Necklace but are not leaking it because of that rumor that they don’t have it. Some people do have it, at the very least, like Kintsugi and BoZ. But yeah, really not very nice on the others’ part not to clarify if they have it or not  

okay okay okay so, hear me out, this full HQ leak without Candy Necklace has some really interesting implications for future leaks. Unless I've missed some crazy lore, that song has obviously only gone out to a few people. And therefore she has the potential to really narrow down who is involved in her process that can be trusted. Anyone with CN is currently a safe source for her and that's kind of fascinating to me. 

Don't mind me, just keeping my brain busy while you guys ascend and I wait until release day
