The only reason why I’d say I hold LA to the Moon to my heart more than those shows is cause I scored a front dead center spot right beside the steps and she came down to me first at the end of the show... I gave her a piece of paper that had the tweet of my phone number she favorited and never called from the “call you manana” tweets after the LFL preorders lmao... I wrote “tomorrow never came” with it and a smiley face and she laughed and signed my UV UO vinyl personally with my name right over the knee.... honestly a priceless moment ill never forget till I die :’)
 
 
Also I caught the set of (fake) pearls she threw off the stage during WTWWAWWKD and they’ve been sitting beautifully in my ultraviolence box set ever since

Chromatica feels like a re-introduction of Popga to the GP. If she does do another pop record (which I think she will) we'd be getting something a lot more experimental like her old self.
 
I just think she played it safe BC of everything that happened with ARTPOP. I think this era is everything she wanted to do with that record and I'm happy that for the most part it's working out.
 
I need to listen to the record a bit more but my first impressions is that I really like it. Sine From Above is probably my favourite which I never thought I'd say in a million years lol

Endless Summer Tour will always be her strongest live performances imo... I mean serial killer, you can be the boss, us against the world, the cover of why don’t you do right, introducing Chelsea hotel no 2 into the set list.. I feel like that was the last era that felt fresh with the style and overall design of a themed show and it feels like ever since it’s just been “greatest hits” shows with only a few new tracks sprinkled in time to time

A few of us on AnalBoards made a Lana Del Ray booklet and I threw it on stage mid-show. My friend and I kept pointing to it and she eventually came over to the barrier to ask what we were motioning towards. She went over, picked it up, and read through it between songs - and came back over to thank me for how nice it was.  

The show lost a lot of it's appeal after Jessica Lange left the show for me. Jessica Lange perfectly balanced bringing a more serious tone to the show, while it still being camp. After Freakshow, the show feels like it's being campy just for the sake of being campy, with no real artistic identity behind it.

Both honeymoon and it’s UO covers are both amazing and quintessential Lana at her best.... lust for who tho we don’t know her

i truly think she wanted to put out act II and continue with artpop but bobby made her end the era after the G.U.Y short film (according to her files). the entire point of artpop was to go against the gp and critics. the promo for applause was her telling people she's an irrelevant flop before people even started calling the album that i think her label just didn't want her to dig herself into a deeper hole

no no i rebuke this record being NFR 2.0... lana re-invents her sound every era and i hope that continues...
who knows what she meant by normans little sister or however she described it... as many pointed out she usually is wrong describing how the album sounds
i hope her and jack go off and shock us leaving us all scalped

i think this album will be grower but no way she spent 3 years working on this thing unless she had a solid album then bloodpop came in and changed it all up (love + fear tease)

she obviously doesn't have a passion for making pop music anymore i'd much rather her put her creativity and energy into a genre that she enjoys making

I think we were talking more like an Act 2/b sides/demos etc for Chromatica not Artpop tho

Gaga seems to be like someone who moves on quickly if her work is criticized. If her album is panned by the critics, I'd expect her to run with her tail between her legs and scrapping anything else "Chromatica"-related she might have planned. I even fully expect that if this album isn't well received, the future Chromatica Ball will be more of a Greatest Hits Tour than a Chromatica tour (like Madonna with Re-Invention Tour after AL). 

She doesn't have the rights to a lot of the act 2 stuff so very unlikely

When the album first came out I really vibed w No More Suckers just cause of the attitude and sass in the lyrical content but over time it aged so badly and just sounds tacky kinda idk it’s still a “good enough” track to go back and listen to every now and then
