I've watched the album trailer just for the second time now, and I like how the narrator mentions the islands of refuge/paradise metaphor thru the storms of all despair etc. , which I'm thinking's a great way of intro'ing how the record's gonna be. Gleams nd islands of refuge, in an otherwise bleak existence. Islands of mental/emotional refuge? nd sad girl shit? That's a complex clash right there think about it.
