It would be a huge cop-out for a live album of past songs to win AOTY but I wouldn't be mad because it would compensate for BEYONCÉ and Lemonade losing AOTY when they were clearly the albums of the respective years. For Lana to even be nominated would be huge. It is just indisputable that NFR should be universally considered one of the albums of the year it's just whether or not they will recognise her.

I can definitely hear the similarities here! Also find it interesting that the song sampled is called “Wild Heart” which is also the name of the Stevie Nicks album I find to have a similar vibe as NFR. Freaky...

I always assumed it was part of the original take and most likely Jack and Lana thought it was a nice closing thought for the album.

Side note but has anyone noticed Jack talking is a lot louder on the UO vinyl? I always have to turn it up high on the standard vinyl if I wanna hear it and I never have to turn it up at all on the UO one. I usually don’t even listen to it on the standard, too much effort.

I used to listen to Lana pretty much every day.  But my apathy for this new record unfortunately has given me apathy for her in general.  Whenever I listen to the older stuff, I still like it, but now I only listen to her maybe once a week.  Really hoping I dig her next album, coz Honeymoon was the last record I really loved, and after L4L and NFR, I don't think my fandom could take another let down.
