If you're talking about full concerts, my favourite by far is her 2013 Olympia, Paris performance from her Paradise Tour. Stand out performances of Body Electric, Born to Die, and Million Dollar Man.. in fact, it's my favourite rendition of MDM she's ever done.

Olympia 2013 is heavenly. She also killed Burning Desire that night too - totally transformed the song for me. 

 

My favourite ever performance of her's is this of Terrance Loves You. Her vocals are divine - potentially never better.
