I know we only heard like 20 seconds, so that tells us nothing, but I keep thinking like imagine the album has kind of Melodrama vibes sonically but in a more dreamy Lana way. Jack did it before, he can do it again (&better).

I’m curious for the sound of Chemtrails. With NFR, they were flying back and forth, hanging out together, writing and recording, and the album feels... organic? Like it’s a combo of the two. With the lockdown, I wonder if we’ll hear a difference, not only sonically... I know they must have FaceTimed all the time, but they weren’t completely together together... she must have done most of the writing by herself.

Somebody will have to explain the « lockdown parameters » of California, if she is meeting with a ton of people for photoshooots, etc. (On a selfish note, it’s good for us though )

Tulsa Jesus Freak is already sad... if that song is about the One That Shall Not Be Named, she must have been so heartbroken when they broke up. I keep coming back to the insider that was interviewed for that magazine and said that she was writing about being in love or wanting to be, and being heartbroken. So far, I get the opposite vibes from Chemtrails.
