Ok, odd theory of the day for A&W: she often does songs about deceased people, especially if they committed suicide. American Whore could be about a porn star, namely August Ames, who tragically died in 2017. What makes it special is that she died in Camarillo! Or it's about someone else whose death happened a bit longer ago.

 

Even though this theory is probably completely wrong, I like the idea of Lana using her songs to give attention to people who were too quickly forgotten after their death or suicide, and whose circumstances of death may not yet be fully clarified.
