It'll be really weird if she kicked up a fuss about being other stage and placed down on the poster, to then refuse to be streamed as it's a classic Glastonbury tradition

It’s exactly the sort of thing she’d do, especially after Emily Eavis subtly implied last week distracting from the work the festival has done to give more space and time to women this year. I have a feeling Lana won’t do a Glasto again, and if she does it’ll be in many years to come as a “legend” set. The fact Paul McCartney was their biggest headliner in five years (2022) and he wasn’t streamed just goes to show you cannot take it as read - it’s not a “tradition” of Glastonbury to have a stream for everyone and that appears to be a common misconception of everyone outside of the uk. She’s upset the organisers, she’s known for a protest, and after she refused to stream the second MITA show I’d say the likelihood of her getting any decent coverage (even if she consents to be broadcasted)is slim. (Especially after her 2014 glasto was slammed, even by the bbc presenters live on the day).

We all know why she doesn’t want to be live-streamed, but some people continue to turn a blind eye .

 

Her team clearly knows her voice is shot but they’re still doing this, why? Ben, what’s good?

Lol ok I'm literally from the UK and have always sat and streamed specific sets as they're on. It's most definitely the most covered festival here (except maybe big weekend). We'll just have to wait and see what happens. I'm just saying it's weird of her label to post an ad saying 'sing along at 2230 to her Glastonbury set' if it isn't going to be streamed. Either way BST is only 2 weeks away so loads of us on here from the UK will seeing her live there anyways, would just be nice to have this set documented

I don’t agree with the person that said her voice was shoot. To my ears second Mita performance is her best show vocally in a hell lot of years and seems like she can actually show that when she calms herself just a bit.

She experimented with an higher register and that was a good choice imo. The live performances of Burning Desire are much better than the final studio version

She has to be in the UK but it is weird we haven’t seen any photos, I’m curious if she will stay in Europe until Hyde Park or if she will go home. It is a long flight to do four times within two weeks but also being away from home for two weeks seems like a long time lol😭

Who said she won’t be livestreamed? Her vocals are good it’s just an issue with sound I think her mic is never high enough and backing vocals are way too high like if you listen to Arcadia at MITA Rio and candy necklace they are perfect.
