Idk if this is a stupid question but if it does have a country setting could it be nominated for best country album? Cowboy Carter isn’t completely country either and that still won, but I’m thinking in more of a deeper well type nomination

really just depends 

if it truly is a country album, then they’ll submit it in country categories rather than the alt categories they usually submit her albums in. of course, the grammys themselves can always move albums where they see fit, but that doesn’t happen *super* often

BB selfie is still the official cover of TB, BB and WW singles found on streaming platforms. And if I’m not mistaken, BB music video was not shot when she was going to release Rock Candy Sweet album so it was probably her choice of album cover. I think it’s safe to say Lana makes some questionable decisions until her team/label steps in 

kind of a different situation here, that cover was shot by chuck during the MV shoot. 

id say a selfie taken in her car is kinda different?

 

she used it on single covers, but.. she did the same thing for every norman single too - because with her… single artwork kind of doesn’t really matter much? during those few eras she wasn’t doing physicals for singles, so it was just a picture to throw on the spotify upload and.. thats it. no use in rush scheduling the album photoshoot just to have a professional single artwork for spotify that’ll be replaced by the album cover upon release anyways

OKAY FINALLY SOMEWHEREE I was confused when I saw this because I thought she going to headline. But I went back to the original poster, and I think they did that just to show appreciation for the other artists. So, with this information, we could be getting something very soon. I still don't think we'll have anything this month in terms of new music, but I hope she surprises me.

with the stagecoach post and her insta posts i think we should have hope that the album is still coming this summer. maybe stagecoach will hold her to those 2 singles and hopefully that will be the "special country set". but ik shes a liar so i hope shes not bluffing on the "Happy for you to hear a few songs coming up before Stagecoach" cause she didnt have to say that. so hopefully we get a valentines day single, considering the past two years shes dropped on the 14th.
