So maybe her team will activate-deactivate it from time to time in order not to get it deleted.

i mean there’s two options when you deactivate/delete your account on instagram. you either deactivate so the account stays forever and you can reactivate it anytime, or you can delete it which means the account will stay deactivated for a month and then gets deleted itself.
