The picture was taken in a mirror so its perspective is reversed - the ring is actually on her right hand. Here’s the picture flipped as if it was taken straight on where you can see it’s on her right hand along with her “trust no one” tattoo (however it should be noted that Lana has often worn “engagement”-style rings on her left hand for many years)

I love that she said every family member is in her thoughts. That seems to include her mother too. It sounds like she's made her peace with some of the difficulties in the past, at least a little.

I think she said in an interview that all of her friends call her Lana too so it seems like it's really not just her stage name but a big part of her identity. I wonder if anyone calls her Lizzy still. Maybe Rob.
