Thats Jonathan Wilson. They havent shown any romantion affection. They have known each other for a few years. He is a friend of Emile Haynie as well. 

 

Why would Francesco and Lana comment on the  photo of a couple with hearts emoji ? The photo could have been taken some time ago, it doesnt say it was yesterday. Now the person just had the time to upload it. Its very possible she has been in Italy this summer since she flashed some italian accessories sold in Italy as someone has already said.
