Also it's kind of huge that Doin' Time is on the A-list on BBC Radio 2 and the BBC Radio 1 B-List. TaP actually doing their job.....    I heard it on the radio yesterday for the first time by chance. Can we say smash hit?

So i watched the vid and one thing I still wonder: WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOIN WITH DOIN TIME? It had the potential to be a big big hit and they literally messed that up. First of all its catchy summer song perfect for GA. Second if they were going to make video why not announce it? I'm sure every time I'm listening it I will think YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE A GREAT HIT HON I'M SORRY

Can they just change Norman Fucking Rockwell Tour to Attack of the 50 FT. Woman Tour if she adds more dates and gives it the LA to the Moon Tour treatment

Omg the crowd looked so DEAD! I’m so glad she doesn’t have to experience that again...! She looked as if she was really to get off the stage after two songs and just forget about everything. They didn’t deserve her excellence... she sounded so good too!

Was that in 2016 when we all freaked out because it was her first concert with the dancers and the crowd was dead and we all started tweeting #WeLoveYouLana?

The album is near perfect. I even like the new version of BAR tbh. It really grew on me. I’m just really disappointed by HTD. That instrumental is whack lol. It fucks with the whole mood of the song. Plus the auto tune used on her voice is really not it.

The floral crop top is surprisingly cute! So funny that each era is going to have it's own windbreaker though, hahah. 


Okay so the UK music merch store has just announced free signed prints being sent out with all orders but I'm a bit confused as to whether they will only be included in orders placed within the next few days or if they will be included in all orders, even ones previously placed. In the email it says 'these will come with all orders while stocks last' but then on the website it says 'Be quick - These will be dropped into all UK orders over the next few days while stocks last'.
 
What do you all think? Is the wording really obvious to people other than me? I'm just hesitant to order the album yet again when I've got about 5 different formats already on the way....

I totally agree. It almost feels like her life's work has lead up to this album. To me, at least.

I don't want to presume her dreams and hopes and what not, as those are personal to her, but I do recall her talking about wanting to find a safe haven of poets, artists, and friends and freedom when she first got into the business but instead she was met with corporatism, drama, etc...
Now here she is writing and producing an album that is folk-pop lite with psychedelic influences and very traditional instruments with little to no record label interference into the artistic direction of the record, and no pressure to have a Hit single or #1 on the charts, and she's writing poetry again, and thinking about publishing it as a vanity project rather than a financially motivated venture. She like, actually wants her writing to be out there even if its in a few ma and pa shops for free. Idk many artists who have the freedom she has, but she certainly built it for herself. I certainly feel like she's doing well for herself now.

I still havent heard TG, FILY, California, or Bartender at all, and ive only heard the insta snippets of Cinnamon Girl, NFR, Love Song, and Happiness is a Butterfly.
 
My most anticipated is The greatest -> California -> Bartender of the entirely new stuff, but in general I'm really pumped for Love Song and Happiness is a Butterfly, even though I've heard the most of that from the snippets.
