Not going to lie, "Melting" might be my favorite track on Por Vida besides "Know What I Want." I might actually love "Melting" more. It's just cute and hypnotizing.

Does anyone else get Blondie vibes when they listen to "Love in Stereo?" Something about the way she delivers the verses is so Blondie-esque, I love it. I haven't listened to any unreleased yet, but I do enjoy Sky from what I've heard; "Ain't Your Right," "I Can't Say No to Myself," "Ghost," "Lost in My Bedroom," "Sad Dream," "Everything is Embarrassing," to name a few, are some of my favorite tracks. I like how eclectic her style is, even in just Night Time, My Time alone. While everything is generally pop, she jumps between different styles of it, and she really executes it well. And how raw her presence gets in many of the songs is just fucking fascinating. Like, is it passion? IS IT RAGE? I DON'T KNOW. I FUCKING LOVE IT. I don't know much about her personal life beyond her music and her modeling career, but from what I've noticed, I feel the reaction to her is mixed among people. Some people really like her and some people don't care for her.

That's what I'm thinking. I am so conflicted with this. I love it because it's a leak, and I don't love it because...I don't even know. I am fucking crazy about laptop demos but this is so not what I thought Born Bad Baby was going to be.

I'm confused. I can't tell if this was intentional or if it was a laptop demo fucked with hardcore. I mean, glad we got a leak, but...it's just really weird to me that the beginning is so polished and then the second verse isn't as clean, and then the last chorus sounds like the background music was slightly off-layered over itself. I know there's no KOL instrumental (as far as I know, anyway,) so I'm not saying that someone definitely just fucked with it; it could have been one of those demos rehearsed in parts, but... I really don't know how to feel about this leak.

He is so fucking baby-faced but UGH. So fucking cute, Jesus Christ. It's an injustice that he doesn't at least swing both ways.

The choruses really make the song for me, to be honest. Lana has this pattern sometimes where, if the song as a whole isn't amazing, she could either make fantastic verses and poor choruses, or poor verses and great choruses. This is kind of the latter for me. I just can't get into the verses aside from the pre-chorus and the chorus itself, and the bridge is beautiful. I do love this song, though, there's just something to be adored.
