You know what: I really thought she would have figured it out by now this album cycle Like, it felt like there wasn't much of a plan when she said Lasso wasn't coming in September or when she announced TRPWS in November or promised "a few songs before Stagecoach". I thought surely she would have formulated a plan by now. At the very least some vague concepts of a plan. But here we are, no Henry, no singles, 23 days til Stagecoach. Sorry but I really don't think there's a chance it's a remix album with a fan or the Vogue diary vlog or The Abyss song like others have guessed. It's most likely an unreleased album, AKA official release or an original project unconceivable to us. Whatever it was seems to be shelved for now.

this makes a lot of sense. breaking up slowly could have been a part of it, too. she was in her country bag 2020 / 2021ish playing at small venues with Nikki. COCC and BB seemed sort of slapped together and I think we would have gotten a more polished, country album after NFR if the pandemic didn't happen.
