Hi all!
With the release of 'Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd' being less than two months away now, I thought that now would be a good time to add 1 or 2 new moderators to our team. If you are interested in applying, please fill out the application below and DM it to @admin with the subject '2023 Moderator Application'
To apply, you must have been a member since January 2022, have not received any Warning Points since January 2022, and must have no more than 3 Warning Points. Having no warning points is ideal, and those with 0 points will be given a higher priority in the consideration process.
You can apply now through February 4th, and I will be announcing the new moderator/s in the days following! Once selected, the new moderator/s will receive a training video so they'll be informed on how to be a proper LanaBoards moderator. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

This is very important to consider when applying, it’s not always “fun” being a mod. This is one of the reasons why I decided to step down from my role because I noticed I couldn’t handle it very well, I’d stay anxious for hours sometimes and it wasn’t any good for me. Most users here are really friendly and nice and understanding, but there will be a few who will be difficult to have a discussion with.

If I were a moderator, I would simply ban everyone and then there would be zero problems and zero work to do
I am therefore absolutely sure I will get picked
 

Can we have an 'Ignore Status' option for members? We can ignore posts and signatures so I wonder if this can be implemented if it isn't already?
 
Also, is there a way to turn off the default for mobile site? I always want the desktop version on my phone but the DRAMA of having to change it every time. . . 

I had to leave the reddit because it was such a huge circlejerk of awful opinions. This thread is brilliant. 

let's see:
- we have basically all information on the album and we completely milked discussion of the one released song & 2 confirmed snippets
- the one insider we could actually turn to almost got phished and rightfully has not returned
- we have brainless people come on here all day and either spout hatred, actual nonsense, or ask questions that aren't even relevant to this thread
- sane people who actually have lives are living their lives because there's nothing of substance happening here

Happy birthday to the album that changed my entire life forever 

Most Iconic album of all time, changed my life forever. I remember thinking the music is just something else compared to what anyone else is making. Walking home from school with my cheap ass earphones blasting national anthem and Off to the races. 

it still baffles me to this day that Without You wasn’t on the standard it should’ve been the closing track!!
