    You post made me sad because it made me realize that Lana moved on to a kind of sound I'm not interested in which sucks because I love her lyrics and I love her as an artist but she moved on and soon so I'll I.     there was some user yesterday saying that WW would be as amazing as west coast and venice bitch... i wonder how are they feeling now

    I'm so sad because I really want to LOOOOOOOOVE the new songs but after listening to them more carefully I just... like them. They're not bad songs, they have good lyrics but at the same time I feel like they're not memorable and the production is kinda weird. There's something about them that makes them sound lacking, if that makes sense? Or maybe I'm just not connecting with the current Lana sound, which is fine too! But I really think they could've polished these songs a bit more, there was no rush since she released COCC like two months ago but that's the sound she's going for and I'm fine with it.

    yea, this is how I've been feeling too. so dramatic but I grew up listening to Lana and love her aesthetic and lyricism and all that but I just don't really care for her new sound so it's bumming me out because it just reminds me that there was a time I absolutely loved everything she put out. ofc I'm still a fan and always will be but I'm hoping in the future she goes in a different direction

    idk but i think it’s officially safe to say that we’re never ever getting something like those masterpieces again. now we officially now jack wasnt the sole problem in the production department. at this point some of us can be happy if we get another 13 beaches or cinnamon girl or so but even that doesn’t seem very likely anymore

    Text Book is the best one by far. Amazing, incredible, awesome production, cool transitions. She's that bitch and she did what she had  to do. WW is really good too, although I feel like I'll have to listen it a couple of times before I get 100% into it.

    It makes so much sense for her to release Blue Banisters after Chemtrails. I think both title tracks complement each other, both talk about her relationship with friends and family but while Chemtrails focuses on the good things Blue Banisters is more about how the same people she sings about in Chemtrails are still with her when things are not so great. They're link ying and yang
