I’m not mad that I’ve listened to the numerous singles from this album a bunch because they have enriched my life and they are ALL incredible, but I can’t even imagine how wowed I would be if I heard this album start to finish with fresh ears. Like the opening siren wail of Welcome to my Island to the children’s choir at the end of Billions would absolutely end me methinks. she is the moment tho I will say I enjoy dido and am looking forward to hearing her feature, after that new ice spice and pinkpantheress song came out I do wish it was PP on the song, she’s so cute

Lennon in the back makes the most sense to me because he worked closely with Harry Nilsson on the record that’m features the song “Don’t Forget Me”.

Phoenix is what got me into her, because it’s a little more easily digestible (well maybe apart from her searing banshee call on below the clavicle which is of course amazing) but Trinity really hit last year for me and Spill the Milk is now one of my favorite songs ever, just mind blisteringly beautiful. I’m so excited for whatever she does next, musically. Happy to hear it’s likely in the first half of the year!

This is definitely her most accessible album, and it’s not a bad thing. It’s still so in her lane both lyrically and sonically.

That title track WHEW. She really went off on that one. I really like the album. As far as ambiance and soundscape it’s exactly what I was hoping she was gonna deliver. gorgeous album and I can’t wait to listen more. faves: MIMA, gold satin dreamer, my darling true, dogwood Edited because I was in fact wrong, the snippet I loved was in fact sometime after midnight.

looking up this specific claim seems to indicate that both parties in the liked porn were adults and mistakenly identified as children, but there’s probably no way to corroborate this either way. It seems many other instances of her liking “problematic stuff” were mostly drawings, which can gross you out or make you uncomfortable but feels more like a grey area. in any case, regardless of what she’s been through in life (which I don’t know but it seems like it was… something), I hope she is in a better place now than she was back then!

I like whispering glades a lot so I’m not mad it’s on the tracklist but it definitely feels old at this point. I feel like the production already matches with the other 2 songs as well so I don’t think it will get a rework. In any case I think there’s a strong possibility this might be her best work yet. Natural Born Losers throne is getting usurped methinks.

I haven’t looked at this list but knowing Joni Mitchell isn’t in it is all I need to know it’s fully a piece of clickbait trash.
