A quick google search says Nikita is from a film.
I really think Lana sings about herself in this song, with an outsider’s perspective. The Spanish name (Del Rey), her time in Spain when she was younger, the green eyes, flower crowns, old soul, people talking about her/her reputation.

The Ordinary – Don't Let Me Die A Waiter
I grabbed a copy on eBay dirt cheap and was lowkey hoping to hear some Lana backing vocals or some lyrics that made me think But no...
There is one interesting thing about it though. The bassist for the band was none other than... Josh Kemp! The World of Warcraft addict who inspired universally lauded Song of The Decade Video Games
This is interesting as it suggests his and Lana's relationship goes back further than originally thought.

How 💋 beautiful 💋 you are!
I was broke, literally a homeless, living with bad bad people , with no family around, drop out of school, pretty awful situation.. I was dealing with a borderline personality disorder and taking no meds bc can’t afford it so… you can imagine.
But this album give me something. A lifeguard. Life can be more, more, more! Now I’m finishing a degree, taking meds, a part-time job and I think a find my tru love… oh god life can really change for everyone don’t give up !!! Never!!

Well, good news for anyone who was hoping this was a sign Lana might tour again.. Lana said at the show that Nikki has inspired her to keep touring!
"When I see Sierra finger-picking and Nikki singing, it really has inspired me to keep touring. It is incredibly hard to get me up on the stage let alone anywhere else, so thank you Nikki. She physically pushed me."
