the pictures she posted last month on the car wasn’t for a video since she clearly said “the first video”

I’m trying hard to be positive but it’s getting harder and harder. There’s no need to be doing all this guess work over an album drop that has already been announced

the last few days leading up to an album release feel like they’re 40 hours long 

well with lanas track record of messy album releases it wouldnt be very surprising if this is how she imagines a surprise release

I think her version of a surprise release constitutes of just having the album dropped with no formal lead-up in terms of having any singles or traditional promotion beforehand, in the sense that the album’s existence is not a surprise, but the music and visuals are!   

I'm really hoping it's bc it'll b controversial. U wouldn't want something like that leaking w/o a proper stage for it.. let's hope she wasn't procrastinating

the way its 100% possible for them to make sure no info leaks so they can properly pull off a surprise release but we are so used to unprofessionalism that when we have no info leaks we think its not coming ...
 
edit: lets just hope for ONCE this is working out as they planned ... i dont think they would be releasing the release date to anyone if it was a surprise so theres no shock in record stores being unsure. lets just wait until the 5th and see...
