I think it's a combination of factors - I think that she's genuinely sick, but I think the reason she hasn't said anything on social media about it is because there is some other psychological factor at play - for example, maybe the Weinstein trial is taking a greater toll on her than any of us know, or she broke up/had a fight with Seany, or something like that.
 
As many of us here can attest to, when you're depressed af you just do not care. About anything.

We really don't know what is happening, but  think we should be kinder to her.

I don't think she's the happiest she's ever been or w/e. I think she's probably content, but there's a big difference between being happy and being hazed out. She doesn't follow through or put effort into things (her pop-up merch store, the initial album cover, the NFR tour the poetry album lol). Nearly all the NFR song lyrics are dark and depressing, not in the old way, but more like the honeymoon-esque sedated and trapped way. Obviously I don't know her personally or how she's feeling, this is just the vibe I get.

Maybe she just... doesn't want to tour the album anymore. Using illness is a cop out, but some of y'all want her entire medical history from the last month and it's a bit over the top

I never thot I would say this but I’m starting to get really turned off by her behavior, coupled with the last two albums being very lackluster..... I just don’t really get excited about her anymore, unless I really lower my standards. I still am grateful for her music and still love her in a way because I did really connect to her before and her music has been the soundtrack to some of my fondest memories but I’ve grown as a person and so has she and ig I just don’t vibe anymore. that makes me really sad, she literally was like the person I wanted to be when I grow up. She’s probably had the biggest impact on me than anyone else. But when I look at her now, that’s not someone I want to be.

Shit, I feel really sorry for those of you who has bought tickets, but especially for those of you who has bought several tickets and booked flights months in advance. :/ This is really unfortunate, but I guess she didn’t want to cancel a week in advance in case her voice would improve.

This post comes off as sort of rude & insensitive.
I doubt she would cancel an entire tour over a relationship that lasted only a few months, and again, I highly doubt they actually broke up.
The Barrie split was much different. They had been dating for 3 years, and Lana was dealing with other mental health issues at the time, while now it seems that Lana is among the happiest she's ever been, just generally. 
Also, Lana started dating Francesco very quickly after splitting with Barrie. Last sight of her with Barrie was April 1st, first sight of her with Francesco was May 31st.
Lana played 23 shows between those dates in April and May 2014, both tour dates & festival performances. Also, again, there's no exact date that we know of when her & Barrie split and her & Fran got together, so the length of time she took to move on from that relationship and onto the next could've even been quicker than that. My point is that she didn't cancel her tours & performances because of that then, and I know she wouldn't do that now. This is something much more serious with her health.

It does sure seem that way.. I remember at her pop-up shop in 2017 she talked about how she attempted to go blonde back in 2016 but it turned out "blorange" and she gave up. I remember during the beginning stages it looked like someone just threw a pile of bleach on her hair and didn't tone it at all, and she ended up with un-dimensional red hair, before it slowly turned into an auburn shade and then finally the warm-blonde colour before she ditched it like a week later. After that, she dyed it back brunette and it looked reeeeally damaged from all the colouring she went through (especially because she started it after having her hair dyed jet black at the end of 2015 which is hard to come back from so quickly, especially since they didn't try to stage out the colouring process and immediately bleached her whole head of hair, leading to the flat red), which is probably why she chopped it all off in 2017.
She's switched colourists since then and started using hair vitamins, and her hair has been looking a lot better. It seems she's trying to transition to blonde again in a healthier manner, by slowly continuing to add highlights & balayage to her hair until it becomes a blonde colour. 
I must admit, her chocolate brown hair is always my favourite on her, but it would be interesting to see her blonde again just for a change of pace. I really do think brunette suits her best though x
 

This was all in the span of 6 months, which is a veryyyy quick way to go from black to blonde, leaving her with damaged hair she just chopped off a year later. A proper way to lighten is to give the hair multiple-month breaks in between, and gradually add the lightener in through highlights & balayage throughout multiple sessions rather than just trying to bleach the whole thing at once, and then continuing to bleach it repeatedly soon after. Going from dark to light in a healthy way could take around a full year depending on the starting shade of the hair and its tolerance/strength for bleach x

it's funny how she turns into every person she dates jksnddjncd, like with barrie she was more goth/emo, w francesco she was in italy and was constantly glam, w g eazy she was chilling with rappers and got back into trap music, and now she's plain jane and dresses conservatively w sean.

I guess you can go to Church dressed anyway you like. God is not into "fashion", so I have been told.  Never seen a  dress-code in the Bible about it.
I go to church in sneakers, jeans and a U2 concert T-Shirt. My faith is always " God also loves music too. All music".
 
I am happy for them to go to church. We all need to clean our souls sometimes ... although, I personally need an exorcism

She's done something to her eyes,I think botox they look a lot smaller with no makeup since 2015 and it's really noticeable when she's not wearing her falsies.

I completely agree with what you said here, I think she's lost her spark and it shows. You could tell at first she was so shocked & grateful to be performing for all these people, to have so many adoring fans screaming her name, shouting how much they love her -and I bet she was also worried she'd lose it all if she didn't keep fighting for it. But the very thing she spent years chasing, fame, ended up making her miserable instead of happy. Negative and often spiteful criticism, the typical invasion of privacy from paps all celebs have to deal with, stalkers, creeps, backstabbing hoes and clout chasers.... I think they ruined it for her. And I'm sure a lot has happened that we don't even know about, both in her personal and professional life. She spent years fucking with mostly younger, less successful men, who treated her quite badly. She hasn't had a baby yet, which is something she has wanted for years. Several projects of hers have fallen through, and she hasn't achieved half of what she should. We can only speculate as to why that is. It could be laziness/flakiness, it could be anxiety, or there could even be people in the industry causing her problems and actively sabotaging her. A lot could be going on behind the scenes that could have her feeling frustrated, tired, and doubting herself. I hope it's just a phase she will eventually get over <3
