The absolute serve if she did an album that visually played into the runaway/prisoner aesthetic. I think this track-list balances vulnerability as well as the humour that comes with her metaphors of crime and being a villain.

I agree with this last part. it sounds like she is stuck trying to be overly poetic instead of just being poetic like she used to be. 
It's definitely not the worst of the year thus far though. 

idk how anout you but i like the anthology tracks better than the standard ones

yeah might be an unpopular opinion but the album is kinda mid… plus why she still talking about kim?? girl get over it 

This shit was so boring even the second Tim around omg literally liken3 good songs I’m baffled but at the same time idk what I expected she’s kind of hit a wall here in terms of being innovative. She can only write about this crap the same few ways so many times. It’s just too stale atp

She really released the worst album of 2024… Cute tracks but nothing really standouts imo. Midnight is way better. Taylor needs to go on hiatus and reinvent her sound because there hasn’t been any artistic growth since the folklore/evermore era.

If you love the 1989 vault tracks, you’ll love this album. I personally think that many songs are a bit of a filler to be honest  but I do love 16 tracks out of the 31 she released.

i saw a reddit post discussing her latest instagram post and everyone there was criticizing her and judging for saying her medium lifted her largynitis... i know it's reddit and 80% of reddit users act like they have a massive stick up their ass, but c'mom!

The way she managed to (1) praise a clairvoyant for "remotely" curing her laryngitis with the power of ~just vibes~, (2) clock the tea on her beef with her tour manager who quit because she got 10 motorbikes for free, (3) thank every other person on her team, and (4) casually drop a serve of a selfie, all in a single post, needs to be studied. This is why I will forever be a fan.
