I am PSYCHED for tomorrow night. Amazon says it should get to my place by the late afternoon and I’ve canceled all of my work meetings and prior plans to have an uninterrupted night in. I went out to the liquor store tonight and bought myself a nice Pinot Noir in preparation for the poetry book deep dive. Can’t wait to hear what you guys think about it!

OMG This must the best LB thread ever. I've never dreamt of LDR (at least not that I can remember) but I look forward to posting on this thread one day 
I want a parallel universe like this to come into existence ... where you eat pasta on a highway while walking next to LDR, then she goes island hopping in Hawaii and Lizzy soothingly plays guitar by a pool swarming with kiddies... your minds, you all!! 

I was hoping there was a thread like this because I’ve had so many dreams about our kween and there’s one common thread in most/all of them: she hates me. Doesn’t want to make eye contact. Doesn’t want to say hi. Doesn’t want to talk. But she will engage the rest of the people around me. 
 
In my dream from 45 minutes ago we were in some tropical destination - looked like Hawaii honestly - and she had booked this huge venue consisting of islands packed with densely planted palm trees towering over the crowds. Each island had a stage in the center where Lana would perform a song or two, and she would walk to the next island via a network of bridges that allowed her to island hop.
 
And that’s where I saw her.
 
I was crossing a bridge on my way to one of the islands with no one around. I remember she was singing and crooning her way to perform at the next island, and I took my phone out to video this incredible interaction (as we all probably would in real life wouldn’t we?). But this moment turned sour when she wouldn’t make eye contact. She wouldn’t acknowledge I was there. I would cheer her on with a “yas kween” or a “yas henny” and I got nothing back from her. It sounds so ridiculous and stupid as I type this LMAO but then other people saw her moments after I did and she would sing with them, smile and wink. She even sat in a circle with a few of them after she stopped singing and just shot the breeze.

Like I said, this is a recurring theme in many dreams that I have with LDR in them, which leads me to wonder is that how things would be IRL? For those of you who have met her as a groupie outside of her concerts or just randomly somewhere what has your interaction been like?
 
By no means is this intended to illicit any kind of “SHE WAS A BITCH” kind of reactions cause honestly if I was a celeb and you wanted a selfie in the morning before my three cups of coffee I might snap at you lmao. We are all entitled to have our off days too. But I bet she would be so sweet and kind in person...at least this is what I choose to believe. 
 
 

I love reading this thread. I've had so many Lana dreams, but there's this one I still think about to this day. I probably had it like 2-3 years ago, but it was so beautiful and I wish it was real.
In the dream, I somehow met this guy who had this giant film collection. It's kinda hard to explain, but he was this film collector in New York and he claimed he had tapes stretching out to decades ago. I showed him a picture of Lana in her Lizzy Grant days and asked if he had possibly had anything with her in his film collection. He said he wasn't sure since he had so much, but gave me a key to his film storage room for me to check. There were endless film reels, tapes, discs, etc. everywhere, so I began checking them out to see what I could find. Eventually I came across this stunning footage of Lizzy circa 2006. Her hair was long, wavy, and blonde, tied back in a loose poinytail, and she was wearing a long, baby blue dress with thin straps & a V neckline. She was sitting on a diving board over a pool with one leg tucked under and one loose and wavering, and she was playing her guitar & singing Birds of a Feather. It was absolutely beautiful. The kids were playing in the pool, the sunbathers reading their magazines, and she was just sitting there on the board singing for anyone who was listening. Whoever was filming stayed on her lefthand side recording her for awhile, and then zoomed in the camera to just her face before it cut off. 
I still think about that dream, and I wish such footage existed. It really was so breathtakingly beautiful

Yeah basically he has a lot of old tweets and recent likes that range from questionable to extremely offensive, and the fact that he put up a link about BLM on IG only after being called out by fans about the old tweets is ... interesting.
