I am not really a fan of Taylor so I don't exactly know what to expect, but I'm happy for getting new music soon
Honestly it's impressive how Lana is getting better and better with streaming numbers lately without even releasing that much if not anything... the power of TIMELESS music also, she's completely disappeared from socials and mainstream medias, so that makes it even more remarkable!

anyways apparently it's supposed to be "pop-rock with an instrumental outro. It is described as a mix of 'Style' & 'Pretty When You Cry'.
HOW INTERESTING!! I can't predict in my head what it will sound like even with that description.... but I'm just excited for new Lana music, and I'm hoping this means an announcement or roll-out for LDR9 is ON THE WAY!!!

yeah idk how it sounds like a mix between Style and PWYC because the sounds are SO different. I'm hoping it sounds more like PWYC and they just needed a Taylor song to throw in there and this is the best they could come up with. Lol I think they used two songs though to compare Taylor's style vs Lana's style, so that T. Swift fans who haven't heard PWYC will at least have something to go off of, and vice versa.

I hope she releases SOTB as a lead single and taylor loves the number 13 so I hope it comes out on 13th October. It’ll be a nice way to hype the album release.

why i am cry-laughing over the description of "style meets PWYC" i cannot think of two more diff songs...that said i am as hype as anyone else for this, not a taylor stan by any stretch of the world but enjoy her radio singles when i hear them– i'm sure this will be a folk-bop for the ages.

if it is the lead single i think we will get it this upcoming friday. i am very excited. if it is a mix of style & pretty when you cry i'm assuming the midnights album will be kind of 70s rock vibes which i was already thinking based on the aesthetics but i will try not to get my hopes up

The fact that that account predicted it to be track 4 makes me believe it’s 100% true.
A mix of Style and PWY is weird as fuck but I am here for it. Plus, it basically confirms the album will not be folk.
