One of the most jaw-dropping moments on Chemtrails even caught its own creator by surprise. It came when Lana was in the studio and she heard Jack Antonoff “noodling” around on the piano. “I just stepped up to the microphone and started ad-libbing an entire song, which was only somewhat modified with layered vocals,” she recalls. “That only happens once in a while, and it also started off as kind of a joke [with] me not really knowing what I was saying or singing about.” The resulting song was christened White Dress.

Ugh I feel you—if I listen to a song/album three times outside of Spotify, I literally just walk away at some point later when I’m busy and let my phone scrobble it silently three times on Spotify so my data is accurate - YES I HAVE PROBLEMS OK

nope! according to her most recent interview, she is working on 2 more albums and her next book still, and her team is saying they're working on something for her, whether that be a live streamed concert or something else we have no clue. we'll have to keep watching her socials to find out!
 
it's actually interesting because she said she was working on 2 albums on twitter back in November, so if that's true, one being a cover album and the other being the follow up to COCC, we might be getting another album next year. don't forget-- her book is going to release probably later this year and i would expect MAYBE another spoken word album, but i could be wrong about that. that's just personal speculation. 
 
i think it's just a temporary break from social media until COCC officially is out. she'll make a post friday saying "COCC IS OUT-- thank you rick, jack, laura, neil, weyes, zella, nikki, and chunk of course-- for making this beautiful piece of work with me. i love you guys, see you again soon"

I don't think she hated. I remember her saying that she felt like he had pushed too far and she was feeling really introvert by the end of the production. I couldn't find this exactly interview, but I found this one:
 
 
"It was incredible. By the end of the three weeks I thought I was done. Then I met Dan and he said, “Why don’t we just go to Nashville and see what happens?” I went because it sounded like a good time. I didn’t want the party to end. I flew there with Lee and we rented a farm for six weeks. We drove to Dan’s studio on 8th Street every day and I loved it. He was what I was looking for, because he was a facilitator. He said “yes” a lot. If I was like, “I only want to sing this through once,” that was normal to him. It was natural that someone would like what they got on the first try. He was cool like that."
