it's quite likely! but i know boz said the album name was still subject to change... so even though the tex & mex album art was posted by multiple members of lana's team (ben, neil etc), everything - not limited to the release date - might still be TBD

I'm almost sure the album is done and Lana is just having a little vacation. I hope the vinyls are being pressed as we speak.
If the album was done in june/july (with mixing and mastering included) we can get the album in October-November. Ben sounded confident when he said we're getting a second album this year and I trust him (at least more than Lana)

That would also explain why she is travelling so much right now  But if that‘s true and also that she has scrapped most of the songs some months ago, then she was really quick recording and producing the album

More on topic, I think she might have submitted the album on the 4th July to make it just past the grammy deadline. That's when the artwork was finished by and it makes sense that she'd want to release it as soon as her label would allow.

I want the next single to be the first track on BB. Imagine opening your album with "My body is a map of LA, I stand straight like an angel with a halo" .
Also I think some seconds of the start of the song were cut off in the snippet. Imagine a jazzy piano intro I'd ascend.

I love how this thread switches constantly between "Omg I can't wait BB will be ethereal" and "Lana's music ain't shit in 2021, here comes another flop again" and people who manifest and create fake tracklists. 

the length of time between the three singles' release and the album kind of makes me hope they aren't on the album, but i am in two minds about it since they def deserve the attention that comes w being on an album 

Totally agree with you. However, I felt different in the NFR era, because both MaC and Venice had incredible production, so I could listen to the songs on their own, whether I was in the mood of the lyrics or not. The three singles, just like Hope or Change, have so intricate yet minimal production that it’s harder for me to listen to them « casually », and I have to be really in the mood of the songs to play them on repeat (playing BB on repeat just depressed me in June). These songs could benefit from a short pre-release and not to be dragged on indefinitely. I don’t think it will be much longer for some actual news about this album, but God I wish we knew what the timeline is.
