okay i know this is off-topic but i'm so thankful for this forum, the energy here is seriously unmatched and everybody is so funny and it's just a very fun, happy place

i think cocc was meant to be a quarantine folky album that was just a gift both for herself and her fans. with blue banisters i think she's painting the bigger picture and we're looking forward to a fully done and promoted album

i'd rather lana have less youtube views/streams instead of chasing mainstream success, she doesn't need any validation from the general public

Just got my Chemtrails boxset in the mail after the era is over and 2 days after announcing her next album. Her promo is so consistent. Queen.

this thread is a little dramatic right now, there's a very likely chance that's just a random edit she made for the album, and i don't think those "bruises" are intentional, it's probably from the filter

But like honestly I get it if she doesn’t feel like trying anymore but why not just make it a pretty picture of the beach or some palm trees or something

This is the first of her records where I consistently listen to the whole thing back to front - not that I didn’t before, it’s just that I would obsess over and settle on individual songs (or a group of them), but this feels like it has to be listened to as a singular statement.
