Guys, I love Dealer so much, it may be one of my fave Lana songs ever  and that says it all cuz I generally don’t prefer features, I want exclusively her beautiful soft sultry incredible voice to pierce my ears, but in this case it’s just sooo good 

This album really doesn't have any skips. All the songs are wonderful and memorable for me. I can't say the same for COCC, where only a few stuck out to me- the title track, White Dress, Yosemite mostly.

Every time I listen to the album, I have some unexpected special moments. Today it was actually "Dealer" that caught me, even though I had heard it a few dozen times before. It was such a perfect listening experience like 110%. I don't know if I'll hear it that way again, but I understand now why it performs so well.

Imagine me loving Blue banisters - literally appreciate my idol's piece of work and get called "not real enough to be her fan". Pure clownery here.
The question is: how rEaL is enough for you to be seen as her fan? We literally love her music and support her through all the highs and the lows, no matter when she was at the top with her commercial breakthrough or when every annoying ass twinks on twitter from other fandoms call her a "flop" and disrespectfully saying she's "irrelevant" & "over" - while y'all "real fans" constantly complaining about commercial success & 25K first week, lol get tf out of here with that horse-shit. 
Like if y'all "real fans", why don't you do us a favor & go stream "Dealer" for that commercial success y'all ever wanted instead of keep on whining your ass about 25k? And you're entitled enough to give yourself the right to judge who are the "real fans" or not? Your mindset needs help. Sincerely.

How about instead of arguing  we put this energy into creating a mashup with the trio and a doja song and making it go viral on tiktok

It’s just so mind boggling to me that someone could still be so attached to Born To Die for whatever reasons and still expect a recycling of that sound and aesthetic 10 years down the road of an artist who is well known for completely changing her sound from album to album. Even Norman and Chemtrails (which many cite as similar) had crucial differences between them (the former being a harrowing, dazzling surf rock look at a dying America/falling culture, the latter being a quite more introspective, neo-folk incursion into a desire in escaping to a simpler reality, where fame doesn’t exist).
 
Over the course of 10 years and 8 albums, Lana has given us an all-changing variety of soundscapes and concepts, always evolving and maturing as a singer and songwriter. To ask  or expect her to return to previous eras and/or sonorities is completely negating and ignoring how much her writing, singing, producing and melody arranging has changed throughout the years. She’s not the same person as she was in 2011 - and she has explicitly affirmed she has no intention to.
 
It’s absolutely fine to not love or support this album. Like, whatever. I myself dislike Arcadia and most of the fandom seems to love it - different opinions are bound to happen within any given fandom or corner of art criticism and consumption. Just don’t put your views and perspectives on a pedestal to the point of becoming condescending and pretentious. They’re absolutely useless and detrimental to the healthy and constructive conversations that can be born from our differences. We’re not 13 anymore, fucking hell.

Not miss "Dealer" once being that one track people love to shit on so badly while in her l**k era, even the insiders hated her And now she marks her 1,5M streams on Spotify - the highest stream rate out of any song in the album since BB release, and on her way to be the next Tik Tok hit. Her redemption era is even stronger than @arcadialovesong2018's  I can tell

Pitchfork continues stanning the album. They just picked Black Bathing Suit and Sweet Carolina as two of the best songs to listen to this week. 

My mom says the reason she doesn't like Dealer, is because Lana sounds horny when she screams

Ok did Lana put actual drugs in Dealer because I seriously grin every time it starts playing. Never have I had a reaction to a song long this before, it just makes me so happy. 

Dealer is that bitch, I expected that sultry bop will be smashing but I don't expect that will hitting so much

I swear I am not being dramatic, but I do really need time to express how I feel about Blue Banisters. It was the first time that I couldn’t fully complete the first listening because everything was too fucking intense and overwhelming. At this point I don’t know what I’d do without her music and now I just want to cry again all over my bed all night long. Sorry for the annoying post. Tomorrow I’m going to listen to the album again while driving, so I’m 100% sure I will end up crying publicly and people will think someone in my family just died but thats okay, I guess, you can’t control feelings. Well, so the bitch hit again. And hard I would say. Fucking Kevin. 

Does anyone else feel that the Nectar of The Gods kinda drags in the context of the album and it is probably the only song that may be left off the tracklist

Why did no one tell me that If You Lie Down With Me was the jazzy country cutesy softcore blues Lizzy marching band On Our away sequel Pixar movie crying in the backseat bussy princess bop that it is!! What a highlight!

In all honesty I was not expecting the album to be THIS GOOD  it’s been on repeat all day 

I hope she has somewhat of a "Serene Queen" vibe to this album, I want something real badbitch energy,
or even the vibe in Dance Till We Die where she is kind of screaming/singing "I left SAN FRANCISCO ... I DON'T MIND TAWLKIN SHIT"
