Very interested in this, but a bit disappointed how short some tracks are.

The way the album tracklist sounds SO lana like .. stoned at a nail salon, secrets from a girl (who’s seen it all)..... jack has truly seeped his venom into them both

Maybe you're right, but it's hard predict what happened due to COVID what plans she has, what and when was meant done, what was scrapped. If we talk about delay...maybe she planned surprise release and vinyls later. But she hadn't recorded MV's and photoshoot to album.

no Lana definitly lied 
she didn’t submit the album to be pressed until the end of October. The earliest we could have gotten it without the delay was late December early January. She also shot a video in July for TJF that we’ll probably never see 
 
she already has a professional video for this era (assuming it’s not scrapped) so she’s already ahead of the game 

Lana didn't lied with COCC release in September. But COVID affect to vinyl production and she moved release to March- six months later+ COCC video probaly was meant to recording in May/June/July.

I know that almost all songs in second half are slower and are 5-6 minutes but it was hard to make sound everything sonically cohensive.

I kinda see lana scrapping half the album as a good thing. tbh since nfr era ended she’s seemed very uninspired, and I think that showed in cotcc. she recently started working with mike and his team so maybe she had a sudden burst of inspiration and scrapped the songs she made last year. we know it doesn’t take long for lana to write a beautiful song, yosemite was made in an afternoon  
 
edit: can we stop questioning BOZ’s reliability? he is the only one keeping this sad era alive

UV is perfect in the way it is. None of the scrapped songs are at the same level as the ones released 

UV is an amazing album. It has some amazing scrapped songs too. End of discussion.  

I think the pandemic messed up Lana’s seasonal connections to the music. COCC really should have come out in September. Sounded like an autumn album to me. 
 
Blue Banisters is not a summer album at all 

I really appreciate the story the story and more concise tracklist. My only complaint (I literally created a playlist replicating this so I could listen to it like an album) is that the 2nd half starts to really drag for me as it’s 5-6 minute slow song after 5-6 minute slow song. I love listening to rearranged tracklists though so thank you for posting!

She shouldn't released new album to 2023. She should take a break, sit and record something what world be really good. She should to ditch trap influence too.

LFL is good album, but some decisions, some songs and some changes kept him away from being one if her best albums. Album should look like this (i put this some time ago in Rearrange Tracklist thread)

Love and Lust For Life are the songs where Lana feels happy. She and her boyfriend are happy being free, enjoying your youth, being crazy in love and feeling alive. But these are only appearances (she didn’t know about that, she’s deeply in love in that man). In Serene Quen she sings that she’s water and her boyfriend are fire and she thinks she calms him down. He’s aggressive, quick-tempered and nervous. Lana is blinded by love and stucked in toxic relationship. White Mustang and Cherry are the moments when she realises that he’ll never change and that relation isn’t healthy. She stopped thinking about herself to care about her man. She decided to quit from him. In Coachella (I would change lyrics to match everything to storyline: Maybe i’m crazy, maybe i’m fucked up, but don't tell me I'm schizophrenic, cause I saw you kiss her coral lips ) and In My Feelings she confess that he cheated her and was treated her really bad. She’s angry that she was so naive. I put Interlude cause transition from IMF to Yosemite would be strange. In Yosemite and Best American Record she’s torn between forgetting about him and back to him. In Yosemite we have „Everything will be fine, it’s only temporary crisis. We’ll come back to each other and we’ll be couple again. True love can handle everything”attitude. While BAR has „I loved him, but I don’t want back to him. He hurt me and he was toxic. He only thinks about himself and only his benefits” attitude. 13 Beaches is about that she run away from public eye and she can’t find place where she can gain strenght, she can be alone and rest. Beautiful People she revealed that she thinks about thinks about taking her own life. Lana can’t stand that everyone around her are happy (I’m fucking tired of these all beautiful people with beautiful life/I want to die and maybe I should fucking try). In Heroin Lana realises that her past is killing her like eponymous heroin and she must go forward. Get Free is the moment where Lana is born again and comes alives. She’s totally brand new person and she has lust for life. Lana is happy for being free again and ready for starting new life (Out of the black into the blue).

Maybe we will have fall and rise concept. If Lana continue tradition BB will be opening track but lyrics don't fit to opening album. It will be strange that she sings about happiness and then about sadness, sad past, experience etc.
Maybe that's why she changed title again and concept- some songs was too happy and don't fit lyrically.
