To be honest, Lana still DID NOT GET the credit she deserves.
There are countless things she did before all these alt girls came to the pop scene, she is & will always be that revolutionary figure who has her visionary & artistry "echoed on every corner of pop music" [quoted Taylor fucking Swift]. She gets all the hate, the scrutiny, the underappreciation just for these artists who come after her have all the praise, the standing ovation, it's bitter & sad to think about it.
 
I know her QFTC era was a mess but sometimes, I can't help but feeling her & understand why she did the namedrop shit move & i can see where it's coming from (even though the namedrop was so unecessary & her wording in that post is 💀🙏💀🙏). But yep, i understand her, feel her a lot after watching these kinds of accusations.
 
So my hopes & wishes for LDR9 is simple: Lana, please do whatever the fuck you want - create controversy, shit on these fuckfaces, challenge them with the ideas that you always believe in, sing about whatever the fuck you want, disturb the peace, destroy the norm, get your revenge, get your credit, fuck.shit.up.

a few days later ... on 27 January is the 10th anniversary of BTD, maybe we actually get a big surprise

Someone on ATRL said the Billie song was actually announced and released before the episode aired so maybe we'll get it sooner than we think 
I'm not setting my expectations high (date wise) cause that one was a full on single with a MV and all that and maybe Lana's song has more of a lowkey release. I'm just scared about another LIB situation 

It's confirmed that that's not the song they're using for Euphoria, it's a new song

1 year! I love this song and music video so much for so many different reasons. One of those reasons is the fact that it was a huge moment for all of us to experience it together in real time after months of waiting - one of my favourite LB memories  the Chemtrails pre-release was my favourite era of this site.

Awww to think of the meltdowns of this album… The cover! The tracklist (what? No Dealer? No new songs we haven’t found out in December through Shazam?!?)!
but the title track and MV: it’s still so beautiful. And the White Dress excitement that began… 
it’s not a perfect album (my concerns with it are similar to some of the concerns I have with LFL), but the standout songs of this album are part of the best songs she ever released ❤️❤️❤️
