what do you mean "making reparations" for living on stolen land? she can't help the fact she was born here? honestly we could say the same for anybody living anywhere or referencing any location in the world because terrible shit has happened literally everywhere, everybody forgets that america isn't the only area of the world which has a terrible past, she can reference it in her work if she wants, she lives in america and has traveled all over it so of course she'll likely talk about it in her work

My favorite thing to do whenever I listen to BB is sing my own version of the lyrics.
Jenny pissed into the pool
She was pissing on Nikki Lane
She said most men in music
Don't wash their ass or bathe

I remember him saying that the sound/melody is pretty consistent throughout it, not that there's only piano in it but I may be wrong. He's a big fan of the track though. He said that it's a beautiful ballad and that Lana serves vocally.

Lol, I knew it! The ladies humming the melody in "Wild on You"/"Color Blue"/"Nectar of the Gods"/however the fuck the song is called now when the song starts and during the bridge brought to mind the voices of Vega, Ramsey and Perry who are the background vocalists on "Thunder", "Text Book" (well, and "Summertime"). I'd be interested in a non-acoustic version of it though because this can have some very interesting and rich production. But anyway it's such a beautiful song and to be honest I vastly prefer it to "Wild One" which is good but doesn't really seem to fit the mood of the new album. Sue me.
But anyway, Thunder, Cherry Blossom and Wild on You are some of my favorite unreleased tracks by Lana. Now...she'd better put Disco on the album too. "I am my only god". Oh, yeah, you are bitch.
And I can't wait for the Greek-inspired Iphigenia (her lost innocence)/Persephone (melancholia rising)/Aphrodite (expanding the Sierra Madre chest horniness)/Clytemnestra (dragging her mother) quadruplets.

Oh, I meant I would love a more enhanced production in terms of highlighting the
mood of it. But I won't be mad if it's a simple acoustic version!

It will be on Dawn of Arcadia
Boom Like That
This + we need a vintage FC video with Honeymoon aesthetics and high budget
.
I don't think it would fit the mood and the lyrics of the song, but it would be nice to hear an alternate demo with different production. Imo Wild On You is already perfect, I wouldn't change a single thing

The chorus of Wild On You is pretty but nothing special but the song deserves to be on the album just for the verses and that final line

My take on BB's tracklist (I'm using the probably fake but teased tracks cause I have no imagination but I wanted to see how a full tracklist would look
1. Blue Banisters
2. Good God
3. Dope
4. Arcadia
5. Text Book
6. Patty
7. Wildflower Wildfire
8. Thunder
9. Dealer
10. Versailles (the Barrie track)
11. Live Or Die (the one allegedly similar to Thunder and Cola, not the unreleased one)
12. Wild On You
13. Stars (Never Let Me Go reworked)
14. Cherry Blossom
15. Sparkle Jump Rope Queen

People who would rather have Wild One instead of Wild On You on the album are deeply disturbed... Something is not right about them.

OMG WILD ON YOU?!
She’s so unhinged omg. I love this woman.
Ive been one of Chemtrails’ most ardent defenders (I absolutely adore that album and it was the perfect soundtrack to a relationship that has now ended but that will be forever tied to Tulsa, Not All Who Wander, etc) but the more I know about this album the more I see it as the definite NFR successor? It’s crazy because I cherish Chemtrails so much but thematically I see it as an extension of NFR’s themes and the rite of passage to the next chapter of Lana’s artistry: more violent, more direct, more abrasive.
This is gonna destroy all the alt girls. I can almost feel Taylor frenetically going through the lyrics of the album to find inspiration for her next album Red Curtains
