the power she holds though, i don't know many artists as annoying as her that refuse to release anything good for 7 years to still be so relevant and talked about! a queen we can all learn from

"Audion book" as in poetry album with Jack playing piano in the background or Audio book as in Lana reading her book word for word without music playing in the background? Because Lana makes its sound like it's a poetry album with music so there's confusion here.

    Visuals already on amazon

I'm unsure who I'm writing this for (myself?) but to be clear:

Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass is a book, which is going to have two releases. The accompanying record is going to be spoken extracts from the book - the important distinction is you should consider this an audio book and not a spoken word album.

The first release is an abridged audio-book version, which contains 14 selected poems read by Lana, with music accompanied by Jack. It's coming out 28 July 2020, and will run at 33 minutes long. Vinyl and CD has just been announced and will be released 2 October 2020.

    Pre-order the audio book here.
    Pre-order the physical CD/vinyl here.

The second release is a physical, hardcopy version of the book. It contains 30 poems, many of which are "exclusive to the book". It's coming out 29 September 2020, and is 112 pages long. In addition as per the publisher note:

"This beautiful hardcover edition showcases Lana’s typewritten manuscript pages alongside her original photography. The result is an extraordinary poetic landscape that reflects the unguarded spirit of its creator."

Here's the iTunes pre-order for the virtual e-Book copy of the poetry book.

Also, here's the description for the e-Book that reveals a few more poem titles:
THE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED DEBUT BOOK OF POETRY FROM LANA DEL REY, VIOLET BENT BACKWARDS OVER THE GRASS

“Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass is the title poem of the book and the first poem I wrote of many. Some of which came to me in their entirety, which I dictated and then typed out, and some that I worked laboriously picking apart each word to make the perfect poem. They are eclectic and honest and not trying to be anything other than what they are and for that reason I’m proud of them, especially because the spirit in which they were written was very authentic.” —Lana Del Rey

Lana’s breathtaking first book solidifies her further as “the essential writer of her times” (The Atlantic). The collection features more than thirty poems, many exclusive to the book: Never to Heaven, The Land of 1,000 Fires, Past the Bushes Cypress Thriving, LA Who Am I to Love You?, Tessa DiPietro, Happy, Paradise Is Very Fragile, Bare Feet on Linoleum, and many more. This beautiful hardcover edition showcases Lana’s typewritten manuscript pages alongside her original photography. The result is an extraordinary poetic landscape that reflects the unguarded spirit of its creator.

Violet Bent Backwards Over the Grass is also brought to life in an unprecedented spoken word audiobook which features Lana Del Rey reading fourteen select poems from the book accompanied by music from Grammy Award–winning musician Jack Antonoff.

I'm making a 2020 playlist on Spotify(titled MMXX just to be edgy) and need new music recommendations. I've tried "fans also like" surfing but there's never enough (especially because i listen all day everyday while working).

Allie X- Cape God Alma- Have You Seen Her? Charlie XCX- How Im Feeling Now Chloe X Halle- Ungodly Hour Dua Lipa- Future Nostalgia Green Day- Father of All.. Haim- Women in Music Pt. III Halsey- Manic Hayley Williams- Petals for Armor Kesha- High Road King Princess- Cheap Queen (Deluxe) Lady Gaga- Chromatica Lennon Stella- Three. Two. One. Phoebe Bridgers- Punisher Poppy- I Disagree Rina Sawayama- SAWAYAMA Selena Gomez - Rare (Deluxe) Plus a bunch of random singles.

Can anyone recommend any songs released in 2020 (and on Spotify) that they love please

The situation here in Brazil is totally chaotic. 800+ deaths per day.  Our Health Minister was fired by Bolsonaro (our president) for not agreeing with the president's position (who does not agree with social isolation, is encouraging businessmen to protest against the closure of stores, encourages the use of chloroquine that is not confirmed by science as effective etc)
So Bolsonaro put another minister in place and today, less than a month later, the new minister resigned for not agreeing to work under these conditions.
Basically the president (who is not a doctor, scientist or anything) doesn’t trust anyone to be Minister of Health and that’s how my country has dealt with over 800 deaths PER DAY
