I know I said that granddaddy will be the next single and I still stand by it, but imagine if she releases a shorter single edit of AW that blows up on the radio and that way we will still have the full version to anticipate on release date

& earlier they brought up that on Jan 23 they posted "she's coming in feb" as some sort of proof.. literally a newborn baby could've guessed she's gonna do something in feb atp be serious 

Ed: game-changing album / this particular album campaign will remind us why she's a visionary artist.

-I’ve been practicing meditative automatic singing, where I don’t filter anything. I’ll just sing whatever comes to mind into my Voice Notes app. It’s not perfect, obviously. There are pauses, and I stumble. But I’ve been sending those really raw-sounding files to a composer, Drew Erickson, and he’ll add an orchestra beneath the words, matching each syllable with music and adding reverb to my voice. When I’m automatic singing, I don’t have the time and leisure to think about things in terms of colors. It’s very cerebral. In Honeymoon, there were so many color references. For this new music, there’s none of that at all. It’s more just like: I’m angry. The songs are very conversational. For the first song, I pressed record and sang. It’s a very wordy album. So there’s no room for color. It’s almost like I’m typing in my mind.

The song Lana wrote is called Grandfather please stand on the shoulders of my father while he’s deep-sea fishing and is track number 11 on her new album coming in March later this year. “When I first went to listen to her piece,” RIOPY continued, “I was scared, because you know – that’s my music, and I'm not in the pop world, so I didn’t know what to expect. “But the first time I heard it I could see... the sea. the secret is to delusionally expect her to release it at every second of the day. it's a cheap and easy way to keep your bp over 150 at all times.

i still feel like i don't understand what this album's overall sound is... piano ballads meets 808 trap beats?

I dont really care about tours. Excessive travelling, long waiting.. all to watch a 60-70 minute show... ehh

What in the alternate dimension reality is going on
 

Honestly, I’d rather hear what Lana’s most recent thoughts are in song-form every 14-15 months than have glossy visuals, extravagant tours, and fluff that doesn’t have to do with the music. It’s great if she does those things, but they’re not necessary for me to stay engaged as a fan.
 
I want to know about her karmic family lineage and all of the deepest, darkest thoughts she’s willing to share! But I don’t need to have Lana serve a look in Gucci on the cover of V Magazine (but again, she’s more than welcome to 💅).

People talk about the lack of visuals, but DYK has the best album photoshoot and concept since Honeymoon... Relax. Taylor announced Midnights in August and the only thing she was doing before the album release in late October was revealing the song titles on Tiktok. It's not March yet and we may have something by then.

I just know that she is gonna sing her heart out with an orchestra for all the lines before that, then on "it's kintsugi," the music all stops, she says it very simply, and then BOOM, the most scrumptious piano rift ever made

OK but if she called it the Don’t Forget Me Tour  what a comeback. I hope I’m wrong about what I’ve been saying lately with regards to her not touring.
 
Let’s hope the collective attempt at realism here was really us just doing the law of attraction, and us “letting go” of any idea of a tour actually brought it to us. 

I am very ready for this album to emotionally destroy me. Make me cry
