Blue Banisters was a rushed album. Like all around it was a very rushed project that didn’t reach its full potential. I feel like judging Drew Ericksons work off of that album would be unfair (even though I do love Blue Banisters) But I will say, all her work with Jack has been very good. I know a lot of people dislike Chemtrails but it is very well produced and just as good as NFR! imo

The Grants - The deepest exploration of her past to date, family dynamics, a grand historical narrative of her life
Sweet - cute, simple love song. 
A&W - All of the criticism, slut shaming, hate, and double standards thrown at her in a 7:13 expression of fury & madness
Candy Necklace - Could be a love song, the candy necklace could be symbolic, something like a rock candy sweet type of thing
Kintsugi - Existential, the overwhelming experiences of grief, beauty, and pain and the transformations those things inflict upon us
Fingertips - Could go a million different directions, but the opening lines indicate that it might explore her fragility and vulnerabilities and inner most thoughts
Paris, Texas - Probably going to be about Patty..
Grandfather - The dark side of fame, critics, etc
Let the Light In - Transcendence
Margaret - Jack wrote this one, probably a love song
Fishtail - A deeper exploration of her relationship with Chuck
Peppers - Sex
Taco Truck x VB - Not sure.

Considering it’s social media post, Whenever I go to New York - I need to listen to the album when visiting the Empire State Building…

I really just cannot explain how excited I am for this album, I just know it’s gonna be very different than we’re used to - But I think it’s gonna be up there with UV & HM…

yeah i feel like ben/ed/interscope were kind of fed up with lana having a private account, not even to mention her announcing things late on it, and also lana probably didn’t want to give them access to honeymoon because it’s her personal page. so oceanblvd was the compromise between everyone lmao, i have a feeling it’s just gonna be her management running it for promotional reasons and lana isn’t gonna have anything to do with it

 Lana is just as, if not more popular now than she was during LFL and NFR. And LFL outsold two competing big name artists (Tyler and meek). So I'd like to think we have it in the bag (yea yea charts don't matter blah blah but when you've got a horse in the race are you not gonna cheer for em?)

A surprise release on a Friday would be a serve tbh
