the reading and leads festival is so confusing to me as an american,
 
was this the last show of the tour? i keep seeing multiple times and dates for a leeds show and am assuming she has 1 more show before there are no more live shows? 

out with a bang because she sounds like she is going to die like right after she is singing that song is so haunting and there is such a finality with the melodies it has i dont know how to explain it... it truly feels like the end of someones life im probably being dramatic but i really do not gaf

country music has a deep tradition of murder ballads. i hope there's at least one track in that vein. i get why she won't release zodiac, but something similar with a southern sound would be nice

I’m thinking of the sound to be like On Our Way. I remember when Justin Parker said that the song didn’t make it to Born to Die because they thought it was “too Americana” 

But she hasn't described anything as anything, and that's my point
Usually she gives some crackheaded rundown on the sound of the album. Like when she said NFR would sound like the Red Hot Chili Peppers

Hiii!! So I’ve been in contact with some people that are in charge of the raffle and there is no date yet. But I was told, as we already know, that she is touring now overseas… so it will be in the future but I don’t know when yet! I’m very much looking forward to this with all my heart still

Thinking about this mysterious baddie today..... we didn't even know it existed and it's kinda randomly one of the best written songs from this era; it's like a sophisticated older sister to Pin Up Galore  my personal theory about the lyrics is that "Class of 85" is possibly referring to her birthyear? but then i wonder who Vivienne/Vivian is supposed to be

Damnnn how could i ever forget her stay in bellevue in 2003?! That imo is top 10 crazy lana lore. See, lana’s life in 2003-2006 may jailer era is really that interesting… 
her stay at bellevue (2003 after she graduated from kent)
her stay at the south
her moving back to nyc in 2006
her stay at long island ny before entering college in 2004
 
am kind of devastated that behind the iron gates might be a lost media… the insight we could’ve gotten of lana’s early 2000s life…

Bellevue is a psychiatric hospital for the mentally unwell and lana went there in 2003… coincidentally courtney love also went there in 2004. I think courtney said in an ig post in 2021 that they met each other for the first time in the hospital. 
she also has a song called bellevue recorded in 2009 which also talks abt her time there. 
not long ago, i saw an Instagram video that talks about how lana’s 2024 stage design might’ve been inspired from the gates of Bellevue hospital. Focus on the circular fences on two images below:

I am glad there was a discussion about this somewhere, because I came across her recently and I genuinely thought it was some kind of drag or tribute act (not derogatory). Like I couldn't tell if this was a serious attempt at a singing career, or just someone on TikTok having fun with a Lana cosplay. I guess she is serious about this, but it doesn't offend me in anyway. The songs are cute, and she isn't harming anyone. I don't see her 'breaking out' into the mainstream unless manages to get the right balance between being inspired by Lana, but also having her own unique image/sound/song writing.
