The poster is more interested in the design side, rather than the grammar side, and is using a style from the 60s/70s when a lot of movie posters had some small text above the title, and then the title in quotation marks, eg
 

Call him up come into my bedroom, ended up we fuck on the hotel floor

The quotations bother me but also the capital Y in ‘you’ on the album cover 

That would be Did you know that there's a "tunnel" under Ocean Blvd which is even more unhinged and weird 

I was wondering the same thing when I saw the posters around cities. It’s a super bizarre stylistic choice that doesn’t make any sense. 
 
I think it would have worked slightly better if it said:

Idk if anyone else is feeling this but I feel like I am falling back in love with Jacks work. NFR! and Chemtrails are masterpieces but I feel like the fandom has kinda joined a bandwagon against him. A&W really proved that she can still make work I love with anyone (not that I ever doubted she could), so I’m VERY excited for the rest of the record.
