The poem is great, very abstract writing style that I'm totally into. The instrumental is interesting, despite that one sample that's really distracting. His voice also sounds like it's been slapped on top of a fully flattened track, rather than being mixed into the  music. I just think it all clashes with each other. I would've been in favor of a more trippy, atmospheric instrumentation that allows the poetry to come forward.

If I remember correctly, he had shared months ago about having a reconnection with his faith - with that in context, the undercurrents of self-discovery and transformation shine.

I'm here for more; this project feels more experimental in its current state, but I think once he finds what he's really aiming for, it's going to be fantastic.

Doubt anyone here has watched or gaf about watching Hazbin but I've been waiting years for this series to be released. Also some of the soundtrack is unironically amazing.

Streets are saying they’re still mastering it as we speak 

honestly I get the vibe that she just likes to release an album and move onto the next, and that she mustn’t think highly of her unreleased songs (hence them not making the cut for her albums), also that she isn’t really motivated by money and rather by her artistic pursuits.
 
regardless…. Girl give us AKA, give us the poetry book, give us Lasso, give us a 50 track unreleased compilation, give us the covers album, give us the Nikki Lane collab album, drop an EP/album of the stuff you did with TLSP….. etc etc there is so much stuff- not to mention the like 100+ LFL demos.

Let’s not forget we got THREE Blue Banisters singles in May, 5 months before the album came out. 
 
I definitely can see a single come around April/May. I think it mostly just depends on how the album progresses. I don’t see a single coming out now while the album is both not done, and likely to be delayed. 
 
she announced the album 7 months in advance but I don’t see another NFR situation where we get a single super far out.
 
We got LMLYLAW in October (again 5 months from the album) when the album was done

I really don't think Lana was upset with Taylor. She resisted the idea of going up on the stage obviously, but we've all been in situations where a friend drags us to something we don't want to do and we're happy about it when we're there. I think Lana looked nervous but moved while Taylor was talking about her on that stage, and while she was probably embarrassed to be given that attention right after losing, Taylor gave her the spotlight that she absolutely deserved with the highest compliments. There was nothing condescending about it in my opinion. It gives "the Grammys have done you wrong, so you're coming on this stage whether they like it or not because it's what you've earned." The overall outcome of the whole thing is a positive one.
 
Some of you trying to spin "legacy artist" as a bad thing, like please. Obviously what Taylor meant was that Lana is an artist who is building a legacy that will last forever. She's a legend in her prime.
