I haven’t received any of my three vinyl yet

coachella + TNBAR being the ugly production twins

They did make a mess out of Freak. Even the guitar part was a mess. They should have started over and tried harder to line up the instruments and vocals because the song being so out of time is my biggest problem, even tho it's literally my favourite song from Honeymoon. 

When I think about lost potential, my mind goes to:
 
Freak: muffled vocals, awful drowned bass. Rick Nowels and Kieron can’t produce a trap inspired record for their life.
 
Tulsa Jesus Freak: I love the song but it could have been a 10/10 for me if it had bass, it needed that extra punch. 
 
Sad Girl: I’ve come to love this song but I think it would have been a staple Lana song if the chorus was different because the production is really stellar.

The way she ate up Selena and the other girl in the rare and the middle demos, whew

Cruel World could be 10/10 if it didn't repeat itself so much. Honestly you could cut down the song by a minute then it would be perfect

What are the songs the could've been magnum opus material, but aren't only due to a little detail or stuff like that. Imo, Beautiful People never reached its full potential due some lyrics and the production. You can also post how your perfect version would sound like.

the cheap ass production and weird transition between the bridge and the rest of the song. tragic bc the song has mad potential but i feel like they didn't want to change it much bc of the architecture leak

I get what you’re saying and can agree that for some people this is true, but for me that’s not the case at all. I ADORE California and nothing to do with who produced it. I do love the production, especially the progression of it and how hard the chorus HITS. But mainly due to the lyrical content, WOOOOWEEEEE the whole if you come back to America thing kills me regularly

I think Lana needs a long break for her next album. I hope it will be available in mid to late 2023
